I purchased 5 items ( 3 the same, different colors) because it was the perfect dress for summer. I waited weeks for my package to arrive, that is the first clue I had knowing I was dealing with a country outside of the US. The items were not the best quality but I was willing to deal with that. I got my package and only 1 item fit, I was so disappointed as the size guide was so far off on the measurements given on the website.
They offered me $40 credit, but i was due $72 so I refused the offer and sent my receipt and answered ALL the questions and waited. I am still WAITING FOR MY REFUND. They had NO problem taking my money quickly, but I still have no refund. There should be a way to know you are buying outside the US and I do plan to file a complaint with the BBB after this experience.

I bought 6 shirts and wanted to return all 6. The quality is horrible, a very cheap material. The sizes were all off. Some shirts were too small to even wear, others were way too big. I spent over $100 and have not worn one single item. Customer service was a nightmare. Before I ordered, it stated I would be able to return any item. However after contacting customer service, having to send several emails and pictures proving the items did not fit, I only was given a small refund. The shirts were donated to a thrift store, never worn. I do not recommend this company. The pictures look awesome online, but you will be extremely disappointed when you see the items for real.

Not only was I not able to track my package it showed up with half an order and I laughed at the sizing. The t-shirts I ordered were nothing but iron ons. The XXL fits my small-sized son. What a rip off.

I ORDERED 5 ITEMS FROM HOLAPICK, AND ORDERED THEM LARGER THAN MY NORMAL 2X SIZE, THEY CLAIMED THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS, MORE LIKE ALMOST A MONTH, NONE FIT, COMPANY WAS TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE TO EITHER CALLS OR EMAILS, TO SHIP THEM BACK WILL COST $317.00! FOR AN ORIGINAL $83.00 CHARGE. OMG! FORGET IT. SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY.

I wish I had researched this company before ordering. Their tracking company www.17track.net is a joke.
I finally received 3 blouses that are going straight into the rubbish can. One was so oversized the shoulders were down around my elbow. The material is cheaper than cheap and the workmanship is laughable. A 5-year old with no sewing experience could do a better job. Even the buttons weren't sown on well. Most of the buttons were hanging by a single piece of thread. There were also loose threats in every seam. How can this company continue to operate in the U.S.? It is a total scam!

Majority of clothes ordered were lost in the mail. Months later, a single top arrives. It was not all that cheap, but the quality was horrible! Material was bad, color looked like it had been effected in harsh cleaner- washed out looking. Bottom hem was not gathered as in photo. Looked like a 5 yr old made it, and way way too big as well. Sham operation. I got my biggest order canceled and reversed but another never got here at all. Photos of products look good, but seeing the actual product is 1,000 words horrible.

Ordered June 14, received July 9. Ugly $#*! dress bore no resemblance to beautiful pic online. Paid $40+ with S&H. They offered me $14 refund if I keep it, saving shipping cost which I have to pay. PLEASE, don't buy anything from them! PLEASE!

First, emailing them is a total waste of time as the responses are ridiculous, and difficult to understand. I asked for a tracking number and they sent jibberish of a paragraph I had to try to decipher. Also, took 4 weeks, several emails and I finally got my delivery. I did not recognize anything but one item in the package. The material is very cheap. I also made the mistake of gifting to a family member. She got some of my stuff and is a few thousand miles away so now we need to pay for shipping to me. The email responses are insulting as they always say 'be patient'. Never, ever again. The time I spent THEY OWE me money. The material is so sheer you would need to wear long undergarments with it AND none have washing instructions of tags of any kind.

I ordered 2 tops from Holapick. It took 3 weeks to receive them and they were the wrong size and did not match their "size chart". Two tops cost $17.00 shipping and the charge was to Hong Kong which they charged a "International Service Assessment". I emailed their customer service that I just wanted to exchange for a new size. For 3 more week they continued to send the same 5 boiler plate emails asking to pay $20.00 to a PayPal account for replacement. After over 20 emails I cut my loss. Beware if it isn't the right size, you will never get a refund or replacement.

Placed an order in Feb but only a partial shipment came. Quality was poor and not as advertised. Returned per their instructions (I paid return postage) and the package was returned to me undeliverable. I've been sending emails (I have copies) ever since and have been getting the runaround. I should have checked there reviews first because they are the worst reviews I have ever seen. I guess they change their name and address to stay under the radar. I have tried everything but can't get a person to talk to and all their return emails are computer generated. I have pictures, saved emails and proof they are not a legit company. Please work with me to stop this company from committing fraud to unsuspecting customers.

This company is a joke! I wish I would have read reviews before buying clothes from their site. Nothing is the size it's supposed to be. Large sweaters seem to actually be a children's large at best. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. I never got a $40 pair of sneakers they refuse to even address. They say I have to return the merchandise back to China! And pay for it myself! I was scammed out of over $80 and there is no way I'm going to pay for return shipping on their promise to refund me. I'm sure the sweaters which are so cheap and ugly didn't even cost $10 to make them all! Please do not buy from this company. I'm hoping PayPal will make it right since this company is only in business to scam people!

The blouse and dress ordered were badly cut and sewn, very poor material and sizing is not as described. Very small. Their paperwork does not have their address on it anywhere, and when I returned both items to the return address on the original envelope in the original envelope, they are insisting it has not been received and are refusing to refund my money. Though they did offer a $14 refund saying it was 50% My items cost me $60+ They are a cheap import company, not recommended.

Finally received my items and they are NOTHING like the pictures on their website - they are oddly shaped and super short and the fabric is completely different (extremely cheap - seriously, I would worry about being next to an open flame) Multiple emails asking for an address to return the items for a refund. Finally they give me the address (in China) and tell me I had to get it to them 30 days from when I got it. It took weeks to even get the return address from them. Total scam. They are counting on people being too lazy to return their crap. Wish I could give zero stars

I ordered a dress and they took my money. Then they said they no longer had that product and they would refund my money! It's been 8 months now. I emailed them at least 10 times and still nothing. Do not order this place is a scam! Buyer beware!
