They had a picture of a nice coat. I ordered it for my wife. They shipped a SWEATER cheap look alike that did NOT even come close to what it was suppose to look like. So sad.

I wish I would've looked up reviews on Holapick before purchasing the items.
The photos look good but nothing like the actual product which is extremely thin cheap polyester.
They have a 30 day return policy, but try to return it. They don't send you an invoice and leave you no information for a contact.
You get billed under the A different name ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL

You receive you delivery from local address but must return it to somewhere deep in China that has about seven lines to the address.
Save yourself the headache, frustration, time and money.
Research their names first.

I ordered product from this company at the beginning of may. Delivery was guaranteed in 3-7 business days. It is now the 27th of may and NO product. I have sent quite a few emails asking where it is only to be told to be patient and giving me the same tracking information over and over. They also tried to scam me out of more money after I placed my order (and had proof of payment) by telling me i had unpaid items in my cart. Holapick is one of the WORST companies for service and scamming people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. CANADIANS BEWARE!

Ordered trousers in what on the photo looked like very thin denim with enbroidered flowers, and cotton-linen top in what on the photo looked fresh lush yellow-greenish color. Goods arrived 2 weeks after i placed the order. Yet the quality of material was a disappointment. The trousers were made from some very cheap synthetic material, and flowers were rather imprintered than embroidered. The material of the top was very cheap and low quality. Also the colors were absolutely different to the photos on their website. The size of the top was not matching their size table, it was much smaller than M. And the design of both things was not exactly what was presented on their website. Everything looks terrible and very cheap. I've attached photos of what i received and what is on the photos on their website. Do not recommend this seller. This is dodgy Chinese producer of very low quality clothes. What you get is absolutely not what is shown on the photos on their website - totally different material, different colors, different design and wrong sizes. My recommendation: stay away from this rip off.

The clothes arrived 9-10weeks after order AND are NOTHING like the website photos. Materials are mispresented on the website & sewing is so so so inadequate! AND the items smell toxic! I was not able to even open the clear plastic bags they were shipped

Customer Service is nearly non-existent; as I am continuously replied to with form emails offering to return 1/2 my funds DESPITE their return policy stating otherwise!

They REFUSE to provide a return shipping address so I can proceed with the return. OVERALL a horrible company. I wassuckered in during the hidays with advertised Black Friday Deals AND fake reviews

It took 3 months to receive anything, size were wrong, extremely extremely extremely POOR quality. Its a joke! Quality is what you would find on a Barbie Doll. I tried to return it but shipping costs is more than what I paid! They will sell you the clothes cheap enough knowing you cannot return them due to the shipping costs. It's a Chinese company and the pictures are all photoshopped! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SCAMMERS! FYI... THEY BLOCKED MY IP address ON MY PHONE SO I could NOT LEAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW!

The quallity is really bad. The pictures aren¨t as they show at the website. Sizes are too too big. Very bad atention to the customers.
I will never buy again. All was horrible.
I lost my money

Ordered four items costing $137.96, one came completely different form pictures, later other three items arrived, quality terrible, sizing not good either... I 've sent dozens of emails to get a full refund, they come back with form type letters and some say, you can have the items and we'll give you a voucher for $19. So they have my $140 and think they crap is worth $19...
I believe they take pics of good quality items from other companys and do very cheap knock offs... the address on my crap is not from China yet they have told me I have to at my expense send it back to China and when its recieved I will recieve my refund. Can't believe a word this company says. I am now pursuing a dispute with my credit card company, and filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and will be finding a way to to have their fraudlent business of knockoffs shut down...
I seriously hope if anyone reads these reviews they will NOT order from this company... its nothing but a lesson if frustration and robbery..

You dont get what you ordered. Bunch of polyester. Unfinished sewing, patnts that go all the way to your boobs.

I purchased some tops from this company this past April 2020. I never received the clothing but they were quick to charge my credit card!
