I saw their website & the stuff looks just adorable, so I ordered a bunch of things. Sorry I did! The tops are cut w/ no sewn seam on 1/2 of the item, colors are not what they should be, cheesy leggings with the elastic not sewn into the fabric, just placed in a pocket, just NOT made well AT ALL! When I tried to return, I have to jump through all kinds of hoops & after 8 emails, still don't have a shipping label B y the time I get it, the 30 days will be up & they will say I can't return. DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM THEM!

Chinese clothing line companies are selling KAKA to the American people. (Holapick) l spend $116 buying 5 dressed that Worst than tissue paper. I was very disappointed, the clothes are unquality trash no good and all go to the garbage waste money. Warning, Do not shop from this website. I will not shop again from this website or refer anybody. In my continent America we don't buy trash. We put our trash in the dumpsters. Holapick is a trash dumpster.

Poor quality. Material is stiff. Size runs small. The picture on the website looks much better than the actual product. I won't order again from this company.

They sent only half my order. Repeated attempts to get the rest of the order failed. One time they sent an email response telling me that I received my order. But the last diget of my order was dropped, and the tracking indicated an order delivered to a different country. Then I was told half of my remaining order was out of stock, but it was still being advertised on the website at a higher price. The same day I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they sent a bogus tracking number for the remaining item on the order. PS- the charge appeared as "Shoespar"

Donot order these clothes if you are larger than a medium. I ordered 3X and even my daughter (who wears a M) says they are snug. In addition, the fabric is Horrible and stinks. Nowhere does it say that it comes from China. It says Money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Well - after weeks of trying to return all the clothing, and getting one email after another - offering $36 on a $165 order so I can keep and donate, I said no and to give me the address for return. FINALLY, they sent an address in China - NOT San Francisco, where they were shipped from. If I could give Holapick no stars, I would!

DON'T BUY from this company(if you can even call it that). The clothes look great in their promos but when they arrive 4-6 weeks later they are all either oversized or undersized and the material is disgusting.
If this was a real company they would have a returns policy and treat their customers with respect. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased over $200 worth of clothing from them it would have saved me both time and money. I don't buy clothes very often and I thought I was getting something special for my self and my daughter. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and upset with Holapick. You are a disgrace to the online shopping community and should be banned. If I could give you negative stars I would!

Avoid this business! Total scam. Merchandise is clearly intentionally misrepresented on website (very different colors and styles and COMPLETELY different (cheap) fabrics) and they literally make it impossible to return, send you the same clarification question 10 times in spite of you answer them everytime! OUTRAGES! UNacceptable customer service! NEVER BUY FROM THAT SITE

This company did not send my order and I continually requested a refund for a year. They would not credit my money nor did they send my order. DO NOT TRUST this rip off company

We must stop business like this, Cheap clothes and they are taking people money knowing there clothes are not good, bad bad business I was taking these item with me to Las Vegas, I thought they was linen but there aren't they are bed sheets clothes. They are not like the pictures when you are ordering and this was my first order and my last. I hope the BBB Better Business Bureau are seen the online complaint about this business. Let's Shut these bad online business down.

I put in over a $160 ORDER. WHEN I CHECK THERE IS NO ACCOUNT UNDER MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD IS WRONG. FINALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE WANTED COPIES OF SHOT SHOTS FROM MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I SENT THEM AS REQUESTED. NOTHING! IM CALLING MY BANK AND PUTTING THOUGH A FRAUD REPORT. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

I purchased 4 dresses from this place and received it almost two months later, I was so mad when I opened the package to see clothing that was made out of Halloween material. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and SMILE MAY. They're a company that should be shut down. When I emailed them, they said they will refund me $17.00 USD for my return when I paid $160.00 USD. I could not even sell these to anyone else because I would never take anyone's hard-earned money to pay for this crap! I hope that someone sues them for"FRAUD" and "IS-LEADING" representation of the crap product they sell. Karma will catch up with these people. Sorry, ladies that we bought stuff from these people. How do these people sleep with themselves at night? Get a real job, not scamming good people.
