Holapick clothing is crappy Chinese quality-I will return as it is not what they said it was. The reviews on their page is lies. I think they just keep changing the co name from the last crap quality clothing online store/scam.
I have been trying to cancell my order since March 12th the day I placed it. They will not furnish a return address or RA number it finally arrived and it is a piece of cheap. TG for PayPal excuses and stall techniques
This company is a scam and sham. Impossible to contact and impossible to return cheap items that were misrepresented.
Word needs to get out to everyone concerning this scam. Unfortunately the company is located overseas.
Merchandise was shoddy and didn't fit. By email, I asked to return it and they gave me a fake address and phone number. When confronted, by email again, they said the address WAS correct. I shipped it FedEx and I trust FedEx when they say the building is vacant. Also, phone number is disconnected. NO REFUND YET and it's been over 4 months! No US phone number or address! Too late for resolution dispute with credit card company.
This Company is a true scam. I placed an order over 2 months ago and I have only received a few items and the items received are not as advertised or items that I did not order. The clothing is dirty and looks used. It is the worst quality of clothing I have ever seen in my entire life. Shame on you! I demand my money back. Great Job Scamming people!
I ordered some clothes from Holapick last month. It took close to 3 weeks to receive those items. I changed my mind about those clothes and returned them. I am having a hard time getting my money back. They are emailing me and not trying to give me my money back. I would not recommend this company.
I ordered 4 shirts from Holapick and it took 2 months for them to arrive. Once they arrived, 3 of them didn't fit and I am attempting to return them. They are cheaply made and although the designs are cute, they won't last. So far, I have had to provide them with the item numbers twice and they have asked for photos of the size tags in the items I want to return. I suspect I will NEVER get my money back. I will file a dispute with my credit card company and let them fight it out.
After months of the run around and trying to return very cheap, incorrectly sized items, Holapick/SayHey has not refunded my money as promised. I found out they are located in China, even though that wasn't indicated on their website. I spent over $60 in shipping it back and haven't even received a refund for the returned clothes. They are dishonest and I'm warning others because I, unwisely, didn't look into this company before making a purchase.
I gave a 1 star because you couldn't leave it open. I received several items and was not happy with the quality. I have over 20 emails between myself and the company trying to get an address to return the items. They have been sent pictures of the clothes twice per their request and continue to ask for pictures, photos were sent in a JPEG as they asked but they "still could not open it". When looking at the clothes that were sent compared to the website clothes they are not even the same items, closed replicas with cheap material. I wish I would of read the reviews before I purchased them because I would of avoided this site. For designer clothes they do not even come with a tag with a brand, just a size tag and made in china.
Do not buy anything from this company. It's out of China and good luck trying to get your money back. After 6 months I finally called BofA and let them deal with it. I got my full refund back but they couldn't even find a contact #. If you don't want to take my word for this company, check out Holapick reviews Better Business Bureau they got a F rating. It's no wonder all the reviews only had one star. Please I repeat please don't waste your time or money with this company... Period.
I ordered 4 blouses from Holapick. When they arrived I decided that I would keep two. The other two were of a material which I dislike. I contacted them for return instructions and have received the run around. I will never order from them again, and will probably have to donate the blouses to a thrift store. I learned my lesson.
This seller is an absolute scam. Their advertisement is false, they prey on people who think they are a legitimate business because they offer paypal. Read any review about them. I wish I did. I got fooled by Paypal payment option.

I ordered 4 items on the 9 March. Have received one on 28 June. I ordered red. It came in orange. I normally wear a medium but ordered large and it barely fits... Chineses size! Three items have not arrived. I DO NOT recommend this company!
Bought a dress that shipped direct from China (it even had the label in chinese). I bought a size 2X dress. It looks like it might have fit a child. Didn't bother to send it back, will give to Good Will. Will never buy anything from them again...
They are scammers they don't tell you they are in China and had the audacity to solicit me after I never got first order.Do not do business with them at all. They have numerous complaints with the BBB. THEY steal your bank information.
On Holapick site, I have tried at least 10 times to send a message for a refund, typed in the Verification Code. The response is ALWAYS "Verification code invalidation". It appears that the company does not want anyone to contact it re: a problem. I hope whatever state or local entity that has jurisdiction can put this company on the dustheap of history. If you do not want to pay outrageous shipping charges and have nonexistent customer care, stay away.
Do NOT buy anything from this company (Holapick) including the following company names: Bellapick, Dresslily, Shein, Annafile and more from HK and China. They are criminals. They use thousands of company names to sell online. They don't hesitate to cash money from your credit card. They disappear once you try to contact them for exchange/refund.
I strongly recommend Credit card companies put them in black lists.
I have attempted tor return goods that were 3 sizes too small. At first they said no... would give me a partial credit or credit towards my next purchase (as if there would be one!) Then they said I could return. Gave me address. I sent them the USPS tracking and address that I sent to. They confirmed it. Then 3 weeks later USPS says address was not any good and would be returning the merchandise. Haven't seen anything and Holapick has not responded to my email regarding the address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
This company does not deserve even one star! This company is a hoax and they scam people. I placed an order with them (total amount paid to them was $60.95) and I decided I wanted to cancel the order. I kept getting emails from a different person asking if I would take a cash coupon to use on a future order. I advised I did not want that... just refund me my money. My request was never honored. I then placed a request for them to ship my order. I was supplied a shipping notice indicating my order had shipped supposedly with FedEx. Holapick has given me an invalid tracking number. Imagine that! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are scamming people. Shame on Google Shopping for allowing them to advertise to begin with.
I saw their website & the stuff looks just adorable, so I ordered a bunch of things. Sorry I did! The tops are cut w/ no sewn seam on 1/2 of the item, colors are not what they should be, cheesy leggings with the elastic not sewn into the fabric, just placed in a pocket, just NOT made well AT ALL! When I tried to return, I have to jump through all kinds of hoops & after 8 emails, still don't have a shipping label B y the time I get it, the 30 days will be up & they will say I can't return. DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM THEM!
