After checking with the logistics company, we have learned that the package has been returned to the warehouse which belongs to a third party due tothe unknown reasons and we are unable to resend a new package to you. I am not happy with Holapick. I did not receive all that ordered, I have not received a refund, they will not give me a return address to send the shirts back, very poor customer service, after 4 emails which I think was an automated system answering my emails, they have ceased communication with me. I am out close to 200.00, I WANT MY FULL REFUND
