$#*!ty company! Never use! Don't order!
Ordered sound bar but it was Dilivered when I was away fighting forest fires. No they refuse to send me the money or the product. Stole my money don't use, fraud. They play games, don't help you.

I ordered a sub box for my sons 2014 dodge rame installed all components and the sealed box leaks more air than if it was ported. Aparrently it's my fault the box leaks. How the hell is that possible when I didn't build it. They are the Big Lots of car stereo equipment. Spend a few more bucks somewhere else!

I bought a couple different boxes from this guy the car the boxes look like they came out of the garbage the holes were both cut wrong size is the carpet was hanging off the glue is everywhere this guy doesn't send out very good product I would recommend him -100 do not buy from this guy I'm still waiting on my refund from him he's holding my money hostage after I sent his package back do not buy from this company

I have ordered from this company now twice. First time I ordered the wrong item and as I was told by customer service was to return the item as soon as I received it, as I was told I did the exact thing the day it was delivered, an did not receive my full refund back.

Now this time I ordered the correct item, received the package an did not receive all the pieces the AMP was left out. And they asked me for a picture of the package the way it came, first off why would I take a picture of something that's all pieces are supposed to be there in the first place, an i am still waiting on the rest of my order which the AMP.

So, no I am not pleased with this company what so ever. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would never recommend this company to anymore!

Ordered a sub box and subs from an Actual person on the phone. This place sent me Not what i ordered but what they wanted to send me. No Integrity No honesty. Complete Ripp Off! I suggest that you shop somewhere eles that is Reputable. Please trust this review. Stay Away!

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I purchased a Camaro combo kit from them and the subs came in broken. Immediately they said I have to call the manufacturer for a warranty claim. They said there policy stated that in writing. After a long conversation they said "that is what is implied". I have since settled it with the mfr, but even they said it should have been handled at the dealer level. Just a bunch of unnecessary BS. I will never buy from them again... EVER.

DO NOT TRUST THE ADVERTISING FOR THIS COMPANY, THEY LIE! They advertised that the speakers I was ordering were compatible with my car when they were not! They do not fit at all. AND NOW I'M READING THE REVIEWS AND APPARENTLY THIS IS THEIR SCAM! GET SPEAKERS FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH A LEGITIMATE REFUND POLICY, which this company does not have! ALSO, customer service SUCKS, and they do HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT THEIR LIES! I should sue them But honestly it's partially my fault FOR NOT READING THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED BECAUSE OF I DID READ THEM I WOULDN'T HAVE PLACED THE ORDER! Hopefully this review helps someone else not to get scammed and ripped off...

NEVER AGAIN!

Soon as I seen my package I knew, The felt around the box was ripped, very poorly product looked like a 12 yo boy built it. I couldn't return it I had no box it fell apart, I had already paid and scheduled to have it installed a month waiting list they was no turning back at this point, This product was so damaged I had to sing a paper that he didn't cause this damage. The speaker box fell apart upon installation. I have a brand new lifted 2021 silverado show truck, with a system looks like you built as a kid ABSOLUTELY THE WORST THING IV EVER PURCHASED ON LINE!

Worst experience
April 5, 2020

I ordered a sub for my son for Christmas. We called because it's stopped working 15 days after the warranty expired. He was told tough luck call an audio shop and hung up on. I called back was on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered. I asked to speak to tech support and see if I can get trouble shooting tips, I was told they have none, when I asked to speak to someone in charge, I was put back on hold for 5 minutes, then had the same rude "gentlemen" come back and say she was at lunch, and I could call back. I asked if this was typical to have no managers on duty, he made a chicken sound and hung up on me. This is a joke of a company, customer service is non existent and they are in the business of selling junk and then disappearing when you have questions. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

I recently was going to purchase a pair of speakers
From. This website but changed my mind about the item,
I was going to purchase a different item instead.
These people would not cancel the item. I tried calling
Customer service but was unable to reach anyone.
I would stay far away from these people. I have dealt with
Some bad companys in the past and these people are some of the most unproffessional ever.
Take it from someone who knows about good customer
Service. I give these people a "0" on a scale from 1-10.
Down right Lazy and full of lies.

STAY AWAY FROM HIFISOUNDCONNECTION.COM!

Long story short they advertise direct fit replacement speakers for your car. Ordered a pair that did not fit. After many emails back and forth they offered to replace them even though they didnt offer ones to fit. WHAT?! Then they refused to pay shipping on the return and would not refund any money because it was "against company policy" Exchange only. I tried to explain that they didnt offer any that were exact replacements as they advertise but it didnt matter. Tell your friends. Stay away from them. Horrible business ethics.

I Received My Kicker 12 Subwoofers In A Box And They Were Smoking Once Installed. When You I Contacted Them To Return The Item, They Sent Me The Same Ones Back. I Had To Send To Kicker Tech Support To Get New Ones. When I Sent To Kicker Tech Support, I Had To Pay Out Of Pocket To Ship Them There. The Customer Service Is Horrible. This Place Is Whack. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THEM! Its A Ripoff!

"I was RIPPED OFF! The Bazooka amp I purchased was defective and I returned it to HIFI Sound connection for a replacement. Its now been 4 weeks and I'm still getting the run around. I have spoken to Tanya, Mark, and one other customer service rep about solving this problem and NO ONE will give a straight answer. At this point I just want money ($255) refunded, because I fear there is just going to additional problems.

I intend to contact the CEO Chris Rush and the general manager Tony Rush for my refund. And if this does not work, I will file a law suit in small claims in Christian County Missouri seeking my refund and costs for doing so."

"Ordered two amps from them. First arrived broken because they pack them horribly. Returned it for a full refund, second arrived packaged the same way (you're shipping electronics you idiots!) after connecting it and testing it in my boat the amp started smoking and potentially could have caught fire in my boat had I not been monitoring it. It was 100% hooked up correctly. I had to pay out of my own pocket to send it back which is ridiculous then to boot they charge me a $20 restocking fee. RESTOCKING FEE?! RESTOCKING A DANGEROUS FIRE HAZARD OF AN AMP?! This company is a joke, There is no way this stuff is Kicker factory refurbished. Shop elsewhere, you've been warned

Ordered a radio from them that was supposed to be brand new. Received the package, opened it up, and you can visibly see that it's been pretty much punted off the top of a football stadium. Box looked absolutely horrible. Was missing the pigtail that powers the radio and speakers. Called the contact number, talked to 'Tim', was a complete douchebag. Not helpful at all. Told him, first of all, the part was missing. Second of all, the radio was supposed to be new, not used. He said that I needed to send him a picture of the back of the radio so he could send the right cord. I asked if he could not just look it up by the part number of the radio. He said he had to have a picture. I asked, if we received the power cord, and the radio did not work, what was the course of action that would be taken. He said I could return the radio, at my cost, and they would ship another one out. So, I would be paying $40ish dollars to ship it back for them to hopefully send a new one this time. Awful customer service, would not recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered a supposedly OEM complete antenna replacement for a 2009 Toyota Prius, it isn't, base is much smaller, antenna wire extension too short to connector, 12 volt wire connector not OEM, antenna whip came to me damaged, someone had tried to glue it, I reported all this and there response was they would send me a return authorization number but I would be responsible for the freight and 20% restocking fee, after 4 days I never received the authorization so I reordered a proper antenna replacement and threw theirs in the trash. This is my second and last dealing with HiFi Sound, first experience was basically the same, obviously I'm a slow learner! Don't buy from this company, let's try and put this terrible company out of business, just don't buy from them.

Back in December I purchased a set of door speakers for my 09' BMW 328i e92 vehicle, the site and my first call to Hifisoundconnection (HSC) said that the part I wanted would fit. I did NOT!. Subsequently now I had to return the parts at my cost of $27.56 which is now a loss, and it must be shipped by FEDEX with special instructions as to what was sent to me and the still end up charging me a 10% restocking fee on my purchase of $39.99, shipping through another carrier will incur further losses and after going back and forth over a number of emails they processed the restocking without me asking for a replacement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, if part is wrong you will always lose $$$. I ended up with no speakers and only received $31.99 back and a loss of $35.56. WHAT A WASTE!
