Before ever doing my homework I went ahead and ordered a small subwolfer for my small car and the first one arrived fairly quick, thus the one star, anyway it arrived and just too big so didn't even take it out of the box, called the company and they gave me a return authorazation number and I found a replacement from them as well, good right? Whoa NOT they called me and let me know they would be charging me a restocking fee of 20%, remember never taken out of the box, the person Tim White he calls himself tells me that's the policy. Now I paid the $35.00 to get it back to them no problem.
