I wanted to buy these shoes from Aldo because they weren't in stores anymore. Original price? $120. On the website they were for $113 so I was like okay. But then I go on the official Aldo website. They cost $69.98. Like really!? What's that about? They are lying cheaters. They just want to take all your money and their service before was horrible anyways! Plus Their shipping takes forever. NEVER AGAIN.
Usually I have exceptional service from Heels.com, but as of my last 2 orders, I noticed that there are some glitches with the system. I often checkout through PayPal, in which I can input & confirm my shipping address & tell them exactly where I want my shoes to go. Well the last 2 times, they have ignored my PayPal address, & delivered to my old address, which is on my heels.com account, & in which I DID NOT confirm. The first time, I thought I made a mistake & fortunately, my shoes were forwarded to my new home. The second time, they were lost & I realized that this was a glitch on their part. I called & was told by a heels.com representative that it was my fault. I am still waiting for a resolution. They told me that the only way anything could be done is through the shipping company or basically, I lost my money & my shoes. I'm HIGHLY disappointed.
You will get jacked for customs fees even if it's on sale you will have to pay customs for the original price. The company will put the original price bill on outside of box for customs. Instead of the amount you paid on sale. I paid close to $300 customs fees although my shoes cost $299. Heels.com said if I didn't pay customs and return the shipment they would charge full customs charge shipping fees and then I would pretty much get no money back. I will not do business with them again. Also Canadian customers watch out for high US currency exchange.
I recently placed an order and had trouble on the website which ended up charging my card twice. They placed two holds from two attempted purchases that did not even process. I called and they claimed that the hold would lift in a few business days but why even place a hold if the purchase did not process? They said that they could not fax my bank a letter head to release the hold. I don't understand how they could not have a fax machine! I still have not received my money back and this was my first time making a purchase with this website. Horrible customer service and I cannot trust them with a VISA purchase anymore. Please reconsider & be cautious! This site may be a scam or fraud.
I ordered a pair of shoes with a mermaid on them. When I received them the mermaid's face was melted off/ smudged. I contacted customer service and returned the shoes. The post office told me the shipping would be about a month, as it was being delivered by ship. I let customer service know that I sent it right away and wanted to make sure that my exchange would still be honored, even though they wouldn't get the shoes for a month. They said it would be no problem. Since they were almost out of that style of shoe, I re-ordered the shoes right away. I just got my refund for the faulty shoes today, and the new pair they sent me was beautiful. Thanks guys!
I ordered a pair of heels and they were delivered free in two days! I was so excited to get them in such great condition and cute packaging. I had called before ordering and spoke with a customer service rep, who was super friendly and informative. I am very happy with their service and will be shopping again soon with Heels.com!
Just after purchasing shoes for my wedding from heels.com I read the reviews from this website and was thinking 'oh $#*!'. I wasn't expecting them to come so fast as I live in NZ nothing comes that quick. I received them in 7 working days. I got email updates as they picked, sent and delivered them. They are definitely brand new and are in a genuine box etc. The shoes were well packaged. They are true to the size. I like the large range of brands they sell on this website and will be shopping there again.
The shipping took forever and when my shoes came in there were chips in the paint! I called them to complain but only offered a very small store credit.
Very, very unbelievable and I ended up donating the shoes. First and last visit to this terrible service.
Where is site to ever order from they send out used shoes! When I say used I mean bottoms up the shoes are black straps are broken off! I will never order from this site ever again

Horrible service got sent wrong size of shoe I wanted Brandy - the supposed manager- was so rude and was happy to refund instead of send the right shoe. She just didnt care and the funny thing is I'm an international customer so I tracked the return package only to find that the return shoe that I sent was in fact delivered to their office BUT coz no one picked the package the post office is keeping it! What bad service indeed! Rude, wrong shoe and never got replies for my emails so had to spend so much calling America from abroad... arggh they've ruined my month! Thats' how long its been going on for! AVOID!
Horrible experience. I ordered a pair of beautiful shoes online. They came in a size 6 box with size 7 shoes = wrong. I emailed through the website and I didn't receive a response. After two days, I called customer service which does not have flexible hours, they agreed to send me a replacement and told me that they would email me a return label. I was never emailed the return label. I received the new shipment of shoes in a size 6 box with size 6 1/2 shoes = wrong. I called customer service again and I didn't hear any form of apology at all, not even a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. They said that they had another "6" in stock and would send it to me. I asked them to make sure that it was an actual "6", a few minutes later, they told me that they were all out.
WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

I just recently stumbled across this site and couldn't be happier that I did! I needed shoes to wear out this weekend and decided to take advantage of the coupon offered on the site. I ordered my shoes late yesterday afternoon, and one of the pairs was on backorder with an expected delivery in may. I received the shoes this afternoon INCLUDING the backordered pair! They far exceeded my expectations and I'm certain I'll order again and again!
Ordered a pair of shoes. Was charged. Shoes never came and I had to contact them to see what the problem was. When they responded all they said was we were refunding your money. No reason why and when i responded and asked why they NEVER replied! DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM HERE!

I am so sorry you feel this way. Per our conversation, we can not accept worn shoes back. Our policy clearly states that shoes will be returned to the customer if worn. As a courtesy, you were issued a store credit. If you would rather receive the shoes back, I will be happy to return them to you and disable the store credit. The first pair that were returned were inspected by our warehouse and did not show any signs of defect or damage. Again, I apologize that you feel this way but we can not accept shoes back for a refund that have been worn.

Terrible customer service. Terrible company who pockets your money. They sell you USED shoes for FULL price if they don't have any new ones in stock. Just a forewarning, if you live in an apartment or home with no carpeting and you are not sure if you're going to like the shoes you're getting, or if you're unsure if they're going to fit how you would want them to fit, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Because they will not refund you their money because they can't afford to.

I bought a pair of shoes that were too big, and hey, turns out I'm one of those people who live in an apartment that do not have carpeting in my building or room. I tried the shoes on, they didn't fit how I wanted. Returned them, and they are sending the shoes back due to "damage" from me walking around on my wood flooring. So at the end of the day, I'm getting a pair of poor quality shoes I'm never going to wear, and donating $70 to this sh*t company. I suggest you go to a trusted site/store if you're looking to purchase a nice pair of shoes.
I apologize you are unhappy with our return policy. As our returns manager has explained in all of her back and forth emails, we are not pocketing your money, we are denying your return because they show significant wear, and the heel taps are completely worn. Please, again, refer to the pictures that have been sent you. Our return policy states that the shoes must be tried on a carpeted area (just like all retail shoe stores) to ensure the shoes can be resold if they are returned. These, can absolutely not be resold. Please try and think about how angry you would be if you were the next customer to receive these. We can not just refund your money back to you and not be able to resell these. We operate like every other company out there and no one would accept these back.

If I could give this website zero stars, I would. TERRIBLE customer service. Extremely rude and very unhelpful. I ordered a pair of shoes from this website in hopes of receiving the shoes 3 days later (as the website stated)... they sent me an e-mail the next day saying that they were "pulling the shoes for shipment," THEN 2 DAYS after I ordered the shoes, they decided to tell me that the shoe is no longer in stock with a "sorry" e-mail. First of all, I have never heard of anything of this sort EVER happening in my 22 years of existence from a website. Who doesn't update their website?! Even worse- WHO DOESN'T OFFER ANYTHING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE?! No extra discount, no complimentary pair of shoes, not even a lousy extra 10% off! NOTHING! This would never ever EVER be allowed to happen on a more prestigious website. (shows how low budget and desperate for money this place is- I am now relieved that I didn't receive the shoes.) So, I call customer service and all I have to say is... RUDE. Even the 'manager' was a pain in the $#*!. (Keep in mind I had to ask for the manager THREE times for one of the employee's to finally tell me that she "stepped out") after insistent $#*!ing from my end, she offered me to use the same coupon code that I had originally used. Really? Obviously I already knew I could use the same coupon code for a different pair of shoes- what these idiots failed to comprehend was that I was looking for something for my inconvenience. Needless to say- horrible website. Will never order from them again, will tell people I know to not order from this website and highly suggest the same to whomever reads this.

Answer: I purchased a pair of shoes a couple of days ago and needed to adjust my order. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone from this site. No emails or phone. The voicemail states it is full and you cannot leave a message! I am regretting buying the pair that I just purchased and praying that they at least make it to my house!

I am very sorry you encountered a problem when placing your order. I can 100% say that when an order is placed, and fails, WE do not hold your money. There is no way for that to happen. Your bank places a pending hold on all charges that are attempted. In a few days (which is normally 3-5 business days) those pending charges either become final, or in your case "fall off" because your financial institution sees we did not collect the charges.
