I've been calling this business to book an appointment for weeks. No one ever picks up or calls back. Today ileft a voicemail to let them know my groupon will expire so I need to book an appointment. I also emailed them regarding this. I got a call back and the woman told me that it's my fault I'm trying to book so close to my expiration date and they are booked for the week. I told her I didn't mind if booked further on as long as I'm booked before my groupon expiry date I'm ok. She told me this is not how it works and began to tell me my options are a credit for what amount was paid. I've been a customer with groupon long enough to know how these things work. I said I would speak to groupon first. She was extremely rude and SCREAMED no these are your ONLY OPTIONS. I politely declined to pick from her options and said I will speak to customer service first. To my surprise she very RUDELY hung up on me. Thanks goodness groupon just gave me a refund. Glad this place didn't get to give me a facial who knows what would be in store for me. STAY AWAY!

You will get jacked for customs fees even if it's on sale you will have to pay customs for the original price. The company will put the original price bill on outside of box for customs. Instead of the amount you paid on sale. I paid close to $300 customs fees although my shoes cost $299. Heels.com said if I didn't pay customs and return the shipment they would charge full customs charge shipping fees and then I would pretty much get no money back. I will not do business with them again. Also Canadian customers watch out for high US currency exchange.
