There are so many dresses to choose from which I loved. They have dresses for all types of events. I was not originally looking for the princess type dress but when I came across this one I knew I needed to have it. I was skeptical of the sizing since I am a plus size girl but the dress fits like a glove.

Shopping for it was not bad but the actual dress is not what was pictured and shimmery. It looks like glitter poured on it and gets all over everything and doesn't really sparkle much

The dresses are not of good quality and the customer service is horrible! They will not let your return/refund items…no matter the reason.

Easy to order, easy shipping. Buy custom if you have the extra time, it's much less than alterations.

Although the site says easy returns there's no such thing. I got a big dress and when I tried to return it they gave me a run around told me to use it for another event or sell it. Now how many of you have more than one marriage event at a time?
Maybe you do. Check out other sites reviews before you buy they state lots of issues with returns and refunds. Unless you know without a shadow of a doubt you'll like what you buy don't bother you won't be returning it

Received fast and just need a bit of tailoring under armpit area.

Unfortunately they sent the wrong size shoes, I wear a 6 ( 36 in European size) according to size chart. They sent a 37! I reordered and the 36 are too big as well-

Although I ordered this dress, it did not fit me. Anytime you are ordering from another country, either you have to order a size bigger than what you normally wear or a size smaller depending on what the product is. I was so unhappy because I could just see myself in that beautiful dress.

It was very easy to place my order. I emailed a question about the dress and received a quick response that answered my question.

My product was damaged, and your company wants me to pay $20 to receive a replacement for the heart lid that is damaged. I only paid $10.70 for the pillow. I am only asking for the lid, not the entire pillow. However, I will not be using this company for any more of my wedding dresses, etc. as I had planned. This company is not for the customer but only for the money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This was my first and last experience shopping here.

So far, the reviews are right on point. The dress is too big so I do need get it altered but it was reasonable priced

The dress is sleeveless and is not made for women with big arms. I let them know it did not work out and they suggested I get it altered. They will not give you money back if it does not fit even though I ordered the size and not to my measurements.

Ordering was easy. Quality was OK. The hem of the dress was very and evenly sewn

My expeirence with Hebeos in general is not bad. I just was not happy with the wedding dress I ordered. Pros and cons but not for me. I was unable to return it due to having it made in my custom size, which is understandable.
