Didn't deal with customer service but was email a week later to make sure I received my purchase which was nice

I picked this dress for my wedding day. We just having a small wedding so I wanted something simple and elegant. It was better than I expected. It was absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful dress. Giving this dress four stars because A bunch of the beads from the top portion of gown fell off from just touching it while putting the dress on. Fortunately, there is so much going on with the beadwork that you cannot tell from just looking at the dress. So the dress still looks great.

The quality and structure of the dresses was not what I expected.

While this site shows beautiful dresses for very good prices it is a classic bait and switch. The dress you do end up getting is a loose variation from what you thought you were purchasing online. It's always a gamble buying online and I learned my lesson. When I reached out hours after the dress was delivered to request a return because of the color was not what I ordered, and the front of the dress looking different I was sent a picture of a completely different dress, told it was the color I ordered and that if I was unhappy with the dress I could resell it locally. I do not recommend this site, questionable integrity and poor customer service.

I received my dress a week before the estimated shipping date. I'm happy

I wanted a gold dress for my 50th birthday celebration; however when the dress arrived, it's more pink than gold. The dealer explained lighting may affect the color. Be careful.

The dress I received is cheap and falling apart. High shipping and return costs means you sink way more money than necessary into a very poorly made product. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Needed some alteration, hem length and needed to fit a little tighter. Local seamstress taking care of this. Bride is happy with the gown.

I already ordered and paid for this dress in another color and size. I am having problems returning it though it was not a specialty size. Color choices are not true to fabrics! Nor true to their name. Burgundy is not burgundy but a red-pink color.

If your looking for a cheap dress I'm sure you'll find something that will do, but don't expect it to be exact

There are so many dresses to choose from which I loved. They have dresses for all types of events. I was not originally looking for the princess type dress but when I came across this one I knew I needed to have it. I was skeptical of the sizing since I am a plus size girl but the dress fits like a glove.

It's fine, I hope this dress come as shows the picture, it's very beautiful
