Everything was smooth with ordering just not the product I wanted

This was my first time using this site and I was uneasy. A friend of mine referred me to the site and everything worked out well. Very pleased.

Easy to shop and material and sizing was good however tracking of the dress was a little difficult

This is the first purchase I have made from this site. It came in as expected and the product was good. Good price too.

My dress arrived burnt dont do business with this site, they still havent fixed the issue so my wedding is cancelled

I received it when it said I was going to but the dress itself was quite off from the picture.

Fast ordering process. Received quickly. We had one issue due to my error but it was quickly resolved.

Be prepared to receive a dress that is somewhat different than the one you ordered. Have a backup on standby. The return process is very difficult. When you try to return, they will go back and forth with you about how you "ordered the wrong size". This is what happens when you ordered from these types of sites. They attempt to make replicas of popular dress styles that often don't turn out right.

The dress is think material and is already falling apart.

I like the availability to buy swatches to actually see the color.I also really like the unique style of the dress, it was really hard to find.

The photo makes the top part of the dress appear more structured than it actually is. It almost looks like there is boning in it, but it is all just a stretchy velvet fabric with no real structure or shape to it like the picture.

I was very please with thhe fit of the dress I was so worried that I would have to send it back and it would not fit right. Thank-You. Also it came much sooner than I expected too.

The dress fit terrible. The color didn't match the picture. Junk material that was uncomfortable. Then wouldn't let me return the dress.

Package arrived on time! And I got my dream dress for a reason price!

The sizing runs small. The dress did not fit my hips or waist. You should order at least two sizes up.

Colors are not the same as pictured. Very off. Shipping is very expensive and they just stuff it in a bag and ship it. Looked at the return policy and it's definitely not worth sending back.

I had a very difficult time returning the dresses, I emailed help several times and did not get any response.
