Niece wanted prom dress, price was in the price range we were looking for,, dress is really pretty. Shopping was easy, received in a timely manner.
I was so excited for the dress i ordered but when it got here it was absolutely not what i ordered at all. Not the same color, nor style. I do not recommend this place to anyone. No returns so now i just wasted $170 and there's nothing i can do about it.

From the start the whole process of ordering was simple. Only 4 weeks to complete delivery which I think is very fair. I emailed them in between and was answered very quickly. Gown was made nice. If I need to return, I hope that will not be difficult. We will see. But Im sure it is going to go well.

Sizing: I ordered a 2 and only had to get the bust and waist taken in a little bc I'm tiny. I'm 5'6", 118 lbs. Bust 31". Waist 25"
Quality: I was amazed at how well the dress was made. It looks exactly like the picture but I got the pure white color.

They are a shameful fake company that preys on women and mothers looking to buy their daughters one of the most important items of their teenage lives. They are scammers and send low quality cheap trash and don't give refunds as promised on their site, they give you this insane run around and TRY to make it impossible, but don't give up. Please get online and warn as many people as you can about Hebeos!
