The dress fit very nice and the bottom had a beautiful flow but it looked unfinished and a little cheap due to the plastic rhinestones and parts that were left uncovered by the embroidery. From afar it looked beautiful but once you got close you could see the imperfections. Had to remove the fake rhinestones and make minor corrections to make it more presentable. I would be willing to Pay a little more for a little more refined job.

Overall my experience was wonderful! I was really worried that my dress wouldn't coming in time for my wedding. I ordered around the 21st of May, and it came on the 1st of June—a day early!

Website is smooth. The material is soft and very elegant. The zipper sticks in spots but overall a great dress.

I found this dress and really liked it but when I received it the sizing was off. I used my body measurements and chose a dress size that best matched. I should've downsized because it was pretty long and even with the halter straps tied as tight and comfortably as allowed it was still low and looked awkward but it is still a nice dress I plan on alternating it myself and it was comfortable to wear for the short time I tried it on. It came nicely packaged. I paid for faster shipping but I didn't receive the dress within the dates expected but at least I got it. Make sure you are very certain about your purchase because hebeos' return policy isn't the greatest. I'd honestly advise you to shop elsewhere just for the peace of mind.

This is the worst product I've ever purchased. The dress looks nothing like what is advertised online and the sizing was completely off as it was very small despite ordering 2 sizes up. This was to be worn at my sisters's wedding and I had to make other alternatives to find a dress elsewhere. I requested a refund and was told that I need to send pictures of the dress proving that this was so. I am outside of the country so I have no means of taking any pictures. Their refund system is ridiculous and companies such as this should not be offering any kind of service to the public.

Fits, came in timely manner and looks just as represented in pictures.

Easy to order, reasonable delivery time, good quality

I ordered 2 dresses, and they did not fit. And the colour was not what I was expecting. I tried to return the items but have been met with roadblocks and a lack of customer service.

I need to add specific measurements for my arm and there is no place to do so, sent an email, confirmed and still made to small

Second time buying from Hebeos and not disappointed everything fits well and they sent the dress within three weeks.

The worse experience I have ever came across. To be scammed out my money. And they do not follow they own polices. A full refund is just that 100% of the price paid. Knowing that your responsible for return shipping which is between $45-$80. Horrible, I will never order from this site again.

The dress looks exactly as pictured and quality is good. The only problem is the dress runs small so it's better to go 2 sizes up.

Definitely order 3 sizes up if u want extra space.
