As much as we would like to like the dress, the material used is aweful causing itching and rash. Customer service refuses to accept return

It came quick. Quality is good, dress fits perfect & it's beautiful. Exact color I wanted.

I ordered the current size she wears and it fits perfectly. It's too long but it fits.

Measurement chart was helpful. But not able to see what the dress would look in another color when clicking on the color was a bit worrisome. I hope my granddaughter likes how it looks in the light pink. Thank you.

Excellent service! The dress arrived earlier than the given arrival date in which I was well pleased. I had no issues with customer service. I contacted them with questions after I had placed the order and before it arrived. Customer service answered all questions promptly when I emailed them. After I received the dress, I was very disappointed that the dress did not look exactly like the picture shown online; it was somewhat similar to it. However, I ordered it for my niece's prom and she loved the dress! It looked much prettier once she tried it on. She looked absolutely beautiful on the day of her prom and received so many compliments on the dress! She looked like a beautiful princess!

Great, except your sizing is wrong. I was bigger than a size 4 but decided to order anyways & it was TOO BIG! Nice quality tho

I ordered a standard size dress and don't like it. Company is giving me the run around and will not take it back. Totally against what their so called policy states. Do not order from this site!

You know how hard it is to find a dress where you are not half naked? Very. We thought this dress was gorgeous. I ordered swatches to get the perfect colour- Cabernet. I also measured based on their chart to fit my sister. I did my part and this is what I got. It's not even close to the picture. I'm warning you as their return policy is a scam. They do not accept returns. They offered me an insulting 10% refund then 30% and I fought for 50% but got 40% back. They told me a could alter it sell it or donate it. Disgusting company. Maybe I could have gotten more back if I kept fighting but it was truly a ridiculous process. Again I am not returning it because I didn't 'like' it or it didn't fit or I didn't like the colour. I made sure I did my part but they sent me this garbage. Advertise what you are selling or don't sell at all. I do NOT recommend this site one bit.

Very pleased with my overall experience and i said yes to one of the dresses. Im very satisfied.

They were super fast and affordable. The dress was a little big but with a few small alterations it'll be perfect

Please see the other review I just wrote I don't know why am writing two different reviews. The overall shopping experience was fine. However the product was not good. I ordered several inches larger and it fits, but it doesn't say it correctly even ordering it bigger so obviously, there was a mistake there. I cannot wear this and just wasted $170. I will not be ordering again.

Very difficult to get help from this company. Unable to get help with dress. Unable to get any one to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

I was nervous buying from a new site I never bought from before and especially a dress I never tried on. However when my dress came in I was surprised that it made me cry when I tried it on! Best choice ever. Thanks Hebeos!

The site says hassle free returns but it's a lie. Do not buy from this site. I followed the exact way they said to do measurements and the dress was not only wayyyy off but looked like a completely different dress. When I asked to return I was told that it would be costly to send it back to china, where they don't even go buy the same name, and that they would only refund 80% of the cost. Now I'm stuck with an expensive horrible ugly dress. That again looked nothing like the picture.Do not buy!

I ordered an evening gown from Hebos for a black-tie event. I loved all the colors available to choose from. Ordering and inputting dress specifications for a tailored fit was simple.

Horrible experience. The photos on the website do not match what they send you. You have to fight to get any kind of refund. Then you have to pay to ship it back to China.
