Horrible experience. The photos on the website do not match what they send you. You have to fight to get any kind of refund. Then you have to pay to ship it back to China.

The dress I bought was beautiful and exactly what I wanted for the price. Just be sure to realize that you get what you pay for, and save a little in your budget for any alterations you may need to make. The quality of the dress was not great and there were many flaws that a seamstress had to fix by hand. But for the price of the dress I was still able to stay within my budget.

It is frustrating that when I purchased an item that irritated my skin, I was unable to return or get a proper refund for the product. I understand that these items are made to order, however, there should not even be a section outlining the return/refund process if at the end of the day the only thing that is offered is a small discount. This was not an ideal experience for looking for wedding dresses.

The dress was pretty however it didn't zip up because it didn't fit me. I was asked to send a picture and I did but still no refund. I was offered a 70% off coupon and still haven't received that!

I order I dress for myself and when I got it in the mail it didn't fit right and the style was a different from what I ordered. I send them an email and I was told to keep the dress and they would send me a credit for the full amount. I did not want to take a chance ordering another dress for myself so I order two dress for my daughter. I was not disappointed this type around both pieces were just stunning.

I ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding. The description stated the dress ran slightly larger so I ordered a size down. The dress arrived within 6 weeks, rather long turnaround time. The dress itself was exactly as pictured but was extremely long, more than 2 feet that would need to be altered. I did not remove the tags and contacted customer service within two days of receiving the dress. The customer service rep. And I went back and forth for 15 emails. Basically I was not able to return the dress because the deemed it as nothing being wrong with it. The customer service basically bartered with me to keep the dress and if I did they would offer me a meesly 15% of what I paid for the dress. I went back and explained that the dress had all the tags and was never worn and I wanted my full refund. They explained that it would cost over $100 to ship it back to China. All and all, I had to keep the dress and only received $50 back on the dress. Ridiculous customer service and return policies. Stay away from this site unless you are 100% sure you would never need to return anything.

I was very pleased with my online shopping experience

Order this dress at the last minute literally 2 weeks before the dance. It was supposed to have been delivered the day before the dance but had gotten there 3 days early.

I tried to get in touch with customer support and I never got a response.

I'll never shop with this company again. Based out of China. Good luck getting your money back.
