I received a dress that was not wearable (sash was too long and kept falling and some of the pleating was hanging out)
When I tried to return it, I was told to take it to a tailor or that I could just keep it and get credit toward another dress. I attempted to get another dress from Hebeis and I was given 100% credit toward the dress, but then there was $932. ( The new dress price was only $131)in one of the invoices that I received via email I have been trying Through about 6 emails to try and get a straight answer and have yet to receive a response I needed this dress for a wedding back at the end of May and had to buy a dress elsewhere and I'm stuck with a dress I can't use from Hebeos. I wish they would just indicate that sakes are final so customers know what to Expect.

Had to BEG for a return address only to find it would cost $147 to return a garment that I paid $230 for. Despite my measurements matching the product description the dresses run small

From start to finish, I was well taken care of. My experience with Hebeos was very pleasant, I was updated on the progress of the dress that I ordered, and I was assured that I would receive a dress that would be tailored according to the measurements that I gave. I was really. Sceptical about receiving a dress that looked like the one that was being advertised, but when the dress arrived it was more than I could have hope for, it is such a beautiful gown, thank you so very much for helping me to make my niece a very beautiful bride.

Per your policy, I cannot return it because I was out of town and didn't try the dress in two weeks as it arrived way late. Therefore the dress won't fit me, I ordered 12 because that is my U.S. dress size, but it won't fit me; it should be 14 for this particular dress style. And when I checked your guy's return policy, it said 14 days; therefore, I am not happy with my purchase and very disappointed, as I will order another one at my own cost.

Read the return policy for these overseas companies. It costs well over $200 to return and their refund process is not worth it. Save yourself a headache.

Not pleased with being blamed for not ordering correct size. If dress was made according to the measurements listed on website it would have fit.

For the price, I thought the dress was good, it just didn't flatter my body. The return process has been challenging - hopefully it works out soon.

I ordered a size bigger than what I wear and it is still too small

I purchased my dress online when I received it the dress was too small. I reached out to exchange for a bigger size, but was told they don't do exchanges and I could get a coupon. Now I am going to have a dress I cannot use and I have to pay more money out for another dress.

I ordered a dress a few days ago that arrived fast, but the quality of the dress is not great, for the price I paid, almost $200, is not worth what it costs. I talked with customer service, and they were defiant, did not give me options outside from vouchers for my next purchase (which is not happening, I'm not buying from them again), and when they finally gave me details to return, they are only giving back 85% of the price of the dress, while I'm gonna have to pay a 15% sanitizing fee + the return fee.
Unacceptable for the price that has been paid.

The return policy is garbage. I bought $300 worth of dresses for girls of standard sizes, and none of them fit. The site offered me, initially, a 10% refund and told me to take it to a seamstress. I'm fuming, because if they were "standard sizes" then they would have no issue taking them back. In talks now for a full refund, or store credit. Although even with store credit you will never catch me biying clothing from this site again. TOTAL Bull. OH, NOT TO MENTION IT CAME THE DAY BEFORE.

From ordering to delivering…. The ordering process is as easy. The communication concerning my order was excellent, the best part my CUSTOM dress came in a week and a half which is commendable. The quality is second to none and I will purchase in the future.
