Sceptical about receiving a dress that looked like the one that was being advertised, but when the dress arrived it was more than I could have hope for, it is such a beautiful gown, thank you so very much for helping me to make my niece a very beautiful bride.
Per your policy, I cannot return it because I was out of town and didn't try the dress in two weeks as it arrived way late. Therefore the dress won't fit me, I ordered 12 because that is my U.S. dress size, but it won't fit me; it should be 14 for this particular dress style. And when I checked your guy's return policy, it said 14 days; therefore, I am not happy with my purchase and very disappointed, as I will order another one at my own cost.

I purchased my dress online when I received it the dress was too small. I reached out to exchange for a bigger size, but was told they don't do exchanges and I could get a coupon. Now I am going to have a dress I cannot use and I have to pay more money out for another dress.
I ordered a dress a few days ago that arrived fast, but the quality of the dress is not great, for the price I paid, almost $200, is not worth what it costs. I talked with customer service, and they were defiant, did not give me options outside from vouchers for my next purchase (which is not happening, I'm not buying from them again), and when they finally gave me details to return, they are only giving back 85% of the price of the dress, while I'm gonna have to pay a 15% sanitizing fee + the return fee.

The return policy is garbage. I bought $300 worth of dresses for girls of standard sizes, and none of them fit. The site offered me, initially, a 10% refund and told me to take it to a seamstress. I'm fuming, because if they were "standard sizes" then they would have no issue taking them back. In talks now for a full refund, or store credit. Although even with store credit you will never catch me biying clothing from this site again. TOTAL Bull. OH, NOT TO MENTION IT CAME THE DAY BEFORE.
