Easy ordering the site explained everything I needed to know about ordering size

Received something different than ordered, shipping is very slow so order early if interested.

I ordered the dresses for my daughter and I, we have a wedding to attend in three weeks and I was disappointed to find out the dresses didn't fit either of us. The measurements we have compared to the ones from the site should've resulted in the dresses fitting but they didn't. We'd like to return them and get a refund.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding in a size 12. I paid extra to have the dress delivered quickly. When it arrived, it was a beautiful dress, however, it did not fit. The company sent me a size 2 dress according to the measurements (see the photos below).
I have sent multiple emails to no avail. They refunded $31 stating it was my fault because a size 12 dress was shipped to me- They refused to own that the error is on their end not on mine. There is no phone number to contact anyone so everything is done via email - clearly their service department it's like robots reciting what the policy states rather than understanding what actually went wrong with the order and trying to make it right.
They told me if I returned the dress, they would refund a portion of it, unfortunately, Federal Express doesn't deliver to that ZIP Code in China and the United States Postal Service wanted $90 to send the dress back which was ridiculous. Heboes should pay for the dress to be returned not me. Better yet they should simply refund the money! The matter is still unresolved after one month of emailing back-and-forth. So frustrating. Definitely not worth doing business with this company.

The top of this dress is made with cheap lace, straps are too short so the built in bra is right below the collar home, size chart is entirely inaccurate and when you try to contact customer service

I'm a plus size woman with body image problems and a body shape that is not typical. Fear of shopping for a wedding dress was literally the reason I almost didn't want to get married. Hebeos was so incredible with handling my custom measurements without making me feel uncomfortable in any way. The dress came a day earlier than the shipping timeframe. Y'all when I tried on the dress it was absolutely stunning. It was comfortable and fitted in all the right places! Definitely recommending to friends

I ordered a dress 1 size up for my daughter and it arrived 2 sizes smaller. The finish and colour is nothing like the picture shown. Beads already started to fall. Edges of net not rolled for a neat finish. 2 different dresses advertised in different prices. Beware while ordering.
Got full refund through PayPal. This company kept negotiating with price every day. Merely waste of time and money

This particular dress that I ordered for me looks nice and beautiful, and the material is of good quality. It arrives on time. I am so happy with this dress!

Overly expensive shipping, for the bouquets to not even be packaged to protect their form. Squished, flattened bouquets is what I received, no way to even fit the 3x bouquets back in the bag they were shipped in without causing more damage.

Bad didn't even deliver to the shipping address I put!
