I ordered a wedding dress as I get married in 3days I ordered my dress 2weeks ago and paid for rush delivery so it would be hear before the 4th of April and still no dress I've emailed them a number of times and still nothing my wedding day is ruined thanks to this scam of a company!
My daughter ordered her prom dress 3 weeks ago. We paid extra for expedited shipping for a GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE OF 4/4 for prom 4/7 and a photo shoot 4/6. STILL NO DRESS AND IT HAS NOT SHIPPED! We ordered a custom size because my daughter is petite. How am I suppose to find a dress off the rack and have it altered by tomorrow?

From the time I placed the order hebeos was absolutely so great to work with on measurements. They made me feel at ease so much. The dress came today. It exactly as it looks online if not more beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about them and the dress. It came way earlier than I thought. We bought the Royal Blue color and its true to color. Sizing is perfect. If you're not sure whether to buy from hebeos do not worry they made this experience a great one. After looking at dresses in the stores and not finding anything like this we placed the order. Id give 10 stars if I could

To everyone who has been scammed by this horrible company. Contact your bank and give them the website. It will be flagged and no one will be able to purchase from here and get scammed out of your hard earned money. There's people don't reply to emails or chats. I allowed my daughter to order her Jr prom dress while I was at work when I came home she showed me the dress and the site. I immediately started emailing no response. She paid for express shipping. Still no dress. Status still says under tailoring. They should be ashamed but they're not they have no morals or values and have no problem scamming you out of your money. Please don't buy from this site. If I could give 0 stars I would!
