I ordered a prom dress paid extra shipping to receive the dress in time for my niece's prom on 07Apr18. I got email on 27Mar18 stating the dress was almost ready and would have to be quality check before shipping and that I would get the dress on or before 03apr18. I am in Florida and my niece is in South Carolina. She advised the dress did not come on 03Apr18. I sent an email to find out why the dress did not arrive got an email back stating the dress will not be made and shipped on time before 06Apr18. They said also ask did I still need the dress. Really? I already explained the dress was need for prom on 07Apr18. I would not need the dress after that. I immediately email back requesting my full refund of 194.00 because they could not send my dress in time as promised by 03Apr18. I emailed three times requesting a refund. I got an email last night 04AP18 stating they would only refund my shipping and extra shipping cost only. Not only did I pay 194.00USD. I now have to spend more money on another dress so that my niece wont miss her prom. The company has no regards for their customers. They only want money for services they can not provide as promised. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HEBEOS YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER AND NO REFUND... The worst customer service ever. There is no number to speak with anyone. The only contact is by email. I am going to keep writing reviews on this company no one else will be scammed by them again. I going to continue to email them every day until my issue is resolved. The business practice is such a SCAM.
Absolute trash, won't refund even when offering to ship back on your own dime. Paid extra for custom sizing but what arrived was not even close. It was basically $3 in crap fabric from China sold to me for $200

I ordered my prom dress on march 19th, saying thank you for your order and that it is being tailored. It is now three weeks later and it is supposed to come on friday. April 6th. I have not seen that it has shipped yet. I don't even know if this dress exists? I even payed 7.99 to have my dress rushed! And low and behold it hasn't shipped and its april 4th. I honestly think i won't get my dress on time for prom.

Ive wasted my time and money with this website. Their customer service is terrible. Not to mention the only way to contact them is through email. I ordered my prom dress on March 14,2018. I payed for the dress to be here before April 1 which was an option that had on there shipping. I thought that would be perfect, however I did NOT receive my dress on or before that day! I emailed them dozens o times asking for a tracking number and to find out if the dress has even been shipped. Days later they emailed me with little detail saying that my dress is still not finished and asked for my event date! I told them that my prom is April 7. Today I recieved and animal telling me that my dress had been shipped and that it would arrive APRIL 10th! Wtf. Im still trying to get my refund

I was a little nervous ordering my daughters prom dress online, but I was very impressed and pleased with the fabulous customer service we received from Hebeos! After recieveing 4 green dresses with faults ie cotton showing and hanging down, threads pulled, white lines where they have not been dyed properly instead of 4 light sky blue dresses i asked for replacements or a refund on the £300 and they refuse to do anything and totally ignore you. They rip people off charge high amounts and pay china or hongkong to make the dresses for alot less and send them scrunched up wrapped in plastic with a note inside with the reason for export is because they are samples! People need to get in touch with trading standards and get this firm shut down. I have been in touch with watchdog and trading standards. They are ripping too many people off.
I ordered 4 dresses 39 days ago and still haven't got them, i keep getting fobbed off with different excuses and delivery dates, twice they have failed to turn up when they said they would and have had times of ignoring my chat which is supposed to be 24/7 and ignored my emails. After reading the reviews and looking at a posted pic in one of the reviews, we thought it would be best to go with custom measurements. We also put a rush on delivery. Our order was dated to arrive March 24th but delivered 2 days later. Customer Service communicated very well and answered any emails I sent over. When we recieved the dress, the material is of good quality and the the workmanship is Superb! When my daughter tried it on, it fit like a glove! We couldnt be more happy with our order! We definitely plan on ordering with Hebeos again in the near future!

I ordered my daughters graduation dress on 2/20/18 and just received it today 4/3/18. While I didnt want to chance ordering her prom dress because I figured they would be super busy this time a year, I was willing to order the graduation dress since it wasnt needed right away.
I am pleasantly surprised how nice the dress is. It is exactly how the it was pictured and its well made. The fabrics are not cheap and the workmanship is really good.
