This is my first time using this company. Your selection is extremely vast. And for the price regardless of the outcome, you really can't be mad no man a woman wants to spend $ thousands on a dress. Although the dresses did not come as expected, it is ok

Shopping experience was nice. Website simple to navigate which was a plus. Turnaround time was maybe about 4 weeks but received our order in 15 days. Clean, packaged well. Dresses we packed inside out. I'm guessing so it doesn't get dirty in case outside packaging gets damaged through mail.
Hebeos is very easy to shop with I have ordered 2 wedding dresses. Both came to me within the 2 week timeframe very true to sizing.

I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERCIVE AND THEY GAVE ME OPTION TO RETURN AT MY EXPENSE OF ANOTHER $34 FEE AND THEN A RESTOCKING FEE OR GET A CREDIT TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE OF $59 WHEN I SPENT MORE THAN THAT. NOR WOULD THEY JUST EXCHANGE THE SIZE CAUSE IT DIDN'T FIT. NOW I AM OUT THE MONEY AND LEFT WITH NO DRESS TO WEAR. NOT HAPPY!
It would be better if you could see the dress that you are ordering in the color that you choose and the shipping fees were quite high. Maybe if I had been able to see this dress in my color I would not have ordered it because looking at it in the grey I sure did not see sequences on the belly and sleeves. Now it is costing me money to return a dress that is too small and not what I was expecting.
This product you receive is cheap and looks nothing like what they advertise. If you want to return you have to send back to China, so they offer you a discount to keep it, but it's so cheap all you can do is throw it away.

My experience on the website was actually really good. It's fairly easy to navigate it. It's not a bunch of little stuff, and the dresses are very much straight forward when it comes to the sizing. And they also give you a lot of disclaimers to help you figure out what you like what you don't like.

I ordered this dress for a quinceanera and I needed a specific color. The dress itself is cute, but the color is not what is in the picture. Little disappointed.
I found the ordering process, and customer service while ordering the dress, and communications about the dress to be very good. What I didn't anticipate was that the shipment would be coming via DHL. The dresses were delivered to my home, but weren't left; I never knew that I would have to sign for them. In trying to utilize the information sent in an email from Hebeos to then locate my dresses, it was impossible to do it on line, as either the tracking number was wrong, or there was a very user unfriendly process that you had to go through. At one point I became so frustrated that I decided I would just cancel the order. My boyfriend also tried to find the dresses (who has infinitely more patience than me), and he too was stumped and frustrated. I finally called DHL and found out when they were going to deliver them. I eventually got the dresses, but after a great deal of rigamarole and stress. In today's world where buying and receiving products on line is easier than ever, there seemed to be a lot of unecessary stress in this process. In the future, I will order dresses within the US so that there is not the foreign shipping issues to deal with and the added expense ($42 to ship two dresses)/

I'm tried on several occasions to get some one to help me apply my discount because the product was the wrong size and I tried to re order it. I had to pay for the item I needed all over again and lost out of $168.00 for something I didn't even wear. Very poor customer service
