THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR REFUND/RETURN POLICY AT ALL! This company is horrible to say the least. I ordered my daughter's prom dress according to their size guide and once received, it did not fit at all. It looked like something out of a horror movie! After corresponding with their online customer support (there is no phone number or live person that you can talk to), I was asked to send photos. Sent the photos and then DAYS later they replied some garbage excuse that the dresses are perfectly tailored and asked me for my daughter's measurements. After sending that (and her measurements clearly fit within the parameters of their size guide), DAYS LATER AGAIN, they told me to find a tailor in my area to fix the problem. THIS BACK-AND-FORTH NONSENSE HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE MARCH 19,2019 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT RETURN FORM AND THEIR NUMEROUS EXCUSES AND DELAYS ARE CLEARLY INDICATING THAT THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN REFUNDING MY MONEY. Save yourself the disappointment and search elsewhere.
The rate I give hebeos is a 0. Not even on the scale. They are scammers. I received my dress and it looked nothing like the actual picture nor prom gown it looked like a costume sewn by a person using one hand. After emailing customer service as said on their "website" to resolve the issue, I was told I was exaggerating and my dress looked fine, basically to go f myself and there was no way for me to get a refund on a regrettable purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM HEBEOS! You will regret it.
Ordered my daughter prom dress it came the week of prom and was to big. They toltme it was my fault and I would have to get it altered. I had to by another dress they could care less as long as they get there money. If they had a zero I would have given them that.
We ordered my daughter's prom dress and were told it would arrive by March 21st. When that date came and went and the dress HAD NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET we became alarmed and started trying to contact them. No response other than an auto response. We had no choice but to order from another site and cancel the order with Hebeos. It hadn't shipped and we explained that there was no way the dress would be here in time, but they wouldn't cancel or refund our money. So - there is no dress and no refund. They will not answer emails or respond at this point.
This company is the absolute WORST one out there. First of all, their customer service is a joke. They have NO INTENTION of even remotely helping you in any way, shape or form with ANY problem you have with their dresses. They have no phone number, and each time you email you get a different person answering you with some bogus name. And every time it's the same answer; "bring it to a tailor." In other words, "not our problem anymore, we already have your money and we have no intention of giving back no matter how dissatisfied you are." Secondly, their workmanship is sloppy; and lastly, their fabrics are cheap. Do yourself a favor, buy from ANYONE ELSE but this company.
I ordered a prom dress my daughter picked out. She wears s size 6 in all her clothes. She wasn't even able to zipper it up. When I contacted Hebeos, they said they needed s picture of it not fitting, which I found irritating but sent. Then they demanded her measurements. Which I really couldn't believe. Because her prom is in two weeks, we went out and bought another dress - size 6 - which fits perfectly. I have no doubt that Hebios has has no plans to allow me to return the dress for s refund. Really BAD customer support. Buyer beware.

Dress was a horrible version of a curtain wrapped on a body. Horrible fabric and company does not know its colors. If I could rate it a negative billion stars I would. I do not recommend and will never waste my money on this site. I have also started sharing with everyone I know NOT to waste their money here.
Do not believe the comments you read, they are all 5 stars because they rated them theirselves and won't let you put your rating if not a 5. Make sure you google this scam place. They most likely won't post this but just in case it happens to slip through believe it. Please do not waste your money unless you have money to lose.
I ordered a dress from this site expecting a dress that would fit. When I received my dress, it was too small. I reached out to customer service to fix the issue however, I was asked for pictures of proof the dress was too small! I find it terribly inappropriate for a company to ask of such thing. After I was told they would do nothing and it was my fault for "ordering a dress too small" when I simply went off their measurements. A few days later I received another email saying another dress was being "tailored" and would be sent out within a week. I never heard anything and hopefully my card wasn't charged again, as to there is clearly no intention of sending another dress. I do not recommend this site by any means.

Do not buy anything from Hebeos. The service and customer support is awful. We ordered a dress for my daughter on Feb 22 and they charged us $125 immediately. The dress did not arrive until a month later. Customer service was no help. Since it took so long, we bought my daughter another dress. Once it finally did arrive we tried to return it to Hebeos only to be given the run around and no refund. I would strongly suggest not buying from this site unless you like throwing away your money."
I placed an order in hebeos.com in February and to my surprise when the dress arrived a few days ago, the dress was far from what I expected. I have written a number of emails to the company to process the refund and the very thieves told me in the first place that they would not return anything and after many complaints that I have made, they reply that they can only return 10% of the that I spend on the dress. What kind of disrespect and thieves are they? Do not buy anything on this website. Nooooo buy them anything. In the picture you can see the kind of thieves they are.
Bought my wedding dress from Hebeos £150 3 weeks later it arrived completely different to the picture ordered a 10 I think I got a size 6-8 when I emailed these ppl so I could return this dress for my money back they don't want to know they won't send me a return form out ignoring my emails when asked for the firm I'm discusted in this company do not buy from these ppl they need reporting to trading standards!
Dress came late in wrong color. They ruined my engagement and not accepting return or exchange. I emailed them and let them know the situation but all I got was that to then white and Ivory color are the same. This is not acceptable at all
I ordered a dress on March 2. Paid expedited shipping. 2 days later, my daughter found different dress- I tried to cancel order. Was told I would get no refund if I canceled. So I told them to ship it and I would return. 3 weeks later now- I still haven't seen dress. Received an email today that the expedited shipping comes AFTER 12-15 days of tailoring the "custom" dress. What a joke. I canceled order and disputed through my credit card company. THE EVENT I ORDERED IT FOR WAS LAST WEEKEND. No phone number, broken English on the responses via email. Totally disgusted.
Their website says they have a return policy, but it's a lie. The dress came totally not sewn correctly. It was not the dress in the pictures, and was very poor quality. Buyer beware! I have started a dispute through PayPal.

I will post pictures later on of the HORRIBLE dress that they sent me. I paid $180 for a dress that is absolutely ridiculously sewn and is nothing like the picture AND not the color we ordered. It took a month to get to us. The only thing they offered was a 5% discount to take it to a seamstress... seriously? There is no fixing this dress. NOT to mention it is the wrong color. I took a chance and now I have a very disappointed, sad daughter on my hands. Don't believe the reviews!
