I got a dress that was falling apart and when I asked to return it as it was within the 7 day return policy they admitted that the dress was not suitable and suggested I take it to a tailor at my own expense. They then refused to honor their return policy saying that nothing was wrong even though they previously admitted they thought it needed tailoring. I sent the dress back and was never refunded.

I have to say the dress is beautiful but way too big. And we even ordered down a size according to their chart. It clearly states on website that they will return or pay for your tailor to adjust dress and they don't. Each email I received was from a different customer service rep. They even asked for pictures and my daughters waist hips and bust size. So creepy. Thank goodness i ordered with American Express and they have revered the charge. I would have happily sent dress back but they said no.

This company will not allow you to return merchandise if you are not satisfied with the fit not the color! They took my $342 dollars and would not allow any returns. BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and run! This would never happen in the USA. I will never order from company again. I tried to reason with this company but they make you take pictures of you in the unfitted dress and make you send the pictures to them. They make you send your measurements after the fact. They should ask up front for measures! Embarrassing company to work with I have never felt more degrading EVER with a merchandise company.

I ordered a standard size 8 dress for my daughter's prom, cost over £100. It didn't fit so I asked to return it, they firstly asked for photos to prove it didn't fit (not right having to send photos of a 15 year old in a dress way too big) then asked for my daughter's measurements. When I sent these in, they said I had ordered the wrong size and no refund available, suggested I get a tailor to alter the dress. Have been in touch with Trading Standards and am now pursuing legal action to obtain a refund. Not clear where they are based, all typical of companies trying to avoid basic consumer laws. They are sharks, no care at all for customers. It's a standard size 8 that they would easily re-sell. BEWARE! If the size is wrong, you won't get a refund.

I could have written the above review about them sending me the wrong color dress. I also ordered the burgundy and they sent me a bright red dress. It was absolutely horrible and cheap looking. I also paid for expedited shipping. The dress I received looked nothing like the one advertised on the website. I also sent them photos and they told me that the dress looks great to them and they would not return the item. I spent a lot of time going back and forth with them on email. I even initiated a chat to ask them if they guaranteed their customer's satisfaction and they said "oh absolutely one hundred percent yes". I explained to them about my situation and they promptly ended the chat. This company is deceptive and they are not located in the United States so I can't even get my money back from my credit card. They are an online store only and they do their work from Lithuania and Hong Kong. Buyer beware. Buyer beware. Buyer beware. Absolutely horrible.

Purchased my daughters prom dress in burgundy we paid extra to receive the dress before prom (thank heavens). We received the dress on Monday and it is not burgundy. It is RED. I sent a request to be returned. They asked for photos to show what is wrong with it. So I look pics of the dress and sent them with an explanation. I also send two more emails with pics from the site of burgundy dresses. The dress received was NOT burgundy and I am being told that I am wrong and we received a burgundy dress... perhaps someone should get their eyes checked or better yet change the color code of what burgundy is

Complete scam... they will not take any returns. Ordered my daughters prom dress 2 sizes bigger than she wears since it is easier to alter that way if needed. The dress was so small on her she could not even get in it. Her friend is 2 sizes smaller than my daughter and she could not fit in it either. The dress is absolute garbage and they refuse to take it back. Special people here that make their money of teen age girls by scamming them! STAY AWAY!

My daughter ordered a prom dress from this website. We measured her, according to their measurement chart, and the dress is too small. We have emailed them several times and they have basically told us that we ordered a "custom" size dress (which we did not) and that we will have to take it to a seamstress to get it fixed. They will not provide us with a return slip or a refund, even though they say they have a return policy, which has absolutely not been honored. Their last response to us was "sorry, that is not our problem, you should order a bigger size, the dresses are made to order, we can not resell it to others". NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

Below I copied from hebeos website the size chart for the exact dress we ordered in the same size US4 we ordered. To the right in red, you will see my daughters measurements. According to this, the size US4 would be to small, instead it is close to 2 sizes to BIG! The size chart is not accurate therefore leaving us with a dress that doesn't fit, prom around the corner and they will not allow me to return or get a refund. They told me to get it altered. Never again will I order from here and I strongly encourage others to get their dress elsewhere!

NEVER BUYING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. I ORDERED THIS DRESS AND WHAT I GOT IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE IN THE PICTURE. The beads on the dress we received look Cheap, again nothing like THE ONE ON THE PICTURE. THE DRESS LOOKS CHEAP and THE beads are falling out EVERYWHERE ON THE DRESS.
The color of the dress is nothing like the one we ordered. The color online is kind of a soft pink/champagne and the color we got is like peach and looks horrible.
Also, we ordered a size 4 and what we got is more like a size 2. SO IT DOESN'T FIT.
I SHOULD KNOWN BETTER WHEN THEY SAID WHEN I ORDERED THAT THE DRESS WILL ARRIVED IN 3 TO 8 DAYS AND IT TOOK MONTH AND A HALF TO GET IT.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HEBEOS

My daughter ordered prom dress in BURGUNDY and it came to us in RED. They responded that it was due to the shade of the fabric and they sent the correct color. I emailed pictures of a BURGUNDY dress along side a RED dress and these people are color blind. They don't seem to care about getting poor reviews, so I threatened to take my issue to Social Media. If you have issues with Hebeos, please tweet #HEBEOSBUYERBEWARE #HEBEOSSCAMMERS. Also, write a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get these people out of business.
