Ordered my dress 18 days ago. Still no dress... paid for 2 day shipping! Emailed them 3 times to cancel my order, the Dance has now come & gone. No response until today saying. Sorry we shipped it. Yay my dress I don't need now is coming from China. YAY. They also state "we hand sew every dress special to order" Bull crap... Screw China and how is it legal to run a site posing as Amercian when its run by a 3rd world country. I'm calling my credit card company to dispute the sale. Oh and No returns are allowed.
Ordered my daughter homecoming dress and paid extra for fast shipping and it arrived a week after her dance. When I received the dress it was to big and long she didn't like it. Got in contact with them the same day it came in the mail for a refund and they took a week back and forth with them for them to tell me they can't refund the dress dued to the return policy within 7days. And I told them I got in contact with you the same day and they refuse to refund my money. They suck at customer service I will never order from theM again.
Dress was flawed and not the color as in the picture and also arrived late after paying extra to have in shipped on time. Upon contacting customer service for a refund they only offered 20% of the dress price, which would have been only $20.00. I do not recommend purchasing any item from this place. After receiving a damaged parcel with a dress that had dirty marks on and no labels screwed up into the smallest package items missing from my order and asking three times for a returns address they are not providing me with one. I have jumped through their hoops sent photos and my order numbers only to be told they see nothing wrong and hope I keep the dress! The shoes ordered were wrong in colour they are yellow not gold the box damaged no delivery note inside the parcel either and the returns address on the label is no valid of which they admitted themselves. Was lead to believe this was a UK company and yet the emails I am getting are from China. No apology no offer of refund and no returns address having to go through the credit card company to obtain my refund and now stuck with a parcel I don't want.
Do not order a dress from this site. If there is any hesitation about quality, feel, size, style, fit... basically anything about ordering clothes on-line... do not order. They will not return anything. Even after requiring, I would say, very inappropriate pictures and measurements from my daughter to "prove" that it was her fault that she ordered the wrong product / size / etc. The biggest error was ever ordering anything from this site. My daughter ordered this dress for homecoming; Top part does not fit properly and straps where attach to lace back are crooked. Also she is not happy with the color. Dress is darker and more mauve than pink. This is not like the color on the website. I emailed customer service about returning the dress, well since there are so many loop holes in their return policy they are giving me the run around about returning it. Do not order from this company. The dress is cheaply made and not worth the money.

I ordered a dress from them with my measurements size 8 US. They keep going back-and-forth with me about giving me my money back and sending me a return label. Asked for pictures of the dress so I took it out of the packaging after I packaged it all up, tried it on and sent all the pictures that were needed. I sent pictures of the original packaging and all of the tags and labels that are attached as well. Now they are asking for pictures of me with the tape around myself. Very unprofessional! I'm appalled! I will be spreading the word all over social media and reporting them to the better business bureau! Not appropriate at all! Asking for pics of the measuring tape to see the actual measurements?! Not ok!

I ordered a Rush dress for my daughters homecoming. The order was made on the 1st and after a week and a half asked I began to worry. The recited stated the order was on its way however when I inquired about the date of arrival they Indicated it wouldn't be here until the16th. I told them to please cancel my order their response was in broken English " it OK " I responded with "no cancel the order " the next email I received was "sorry we can't do that" I'm left with a dress that is unusable. Paid extra for it to be delivered quickly. I haven't received the dress but I can bet the quality is going to be horrible. Like I said do not use this establishment!

I bought a dress for homecoming for $150 and i asked for the 4-5 day shipping and it came in 2 weeks later. The dress looked nothing like the picture and it didn't fit at all. It was like it was made out of the same material as a halloween costume. I've emailed them multiple times to complain and they won't give me a refund even though it doesn't fit and does not match the picture on the website. I'm having to complain through my bank to get my money back.
Where can I start? Ordered a dress for a family wedding coming up to which I am a bridesmaids. Before I ordered the dress, I had my reservations from reading previous reviews both positive and negative so I thought I would bite the bullet and order anyway. I ordered a dress in a standard UK size and did not have it custom made. I also ordered the dress in three dress sizes bigger than I normally would be due to the fastening at the back being a zip and me being really broad shouldered. Dress came around two weeks later. I tried the dress on expecting it to fit me but I could not do it up at the back even though I sized up about 3 sizes. I inspected the dress for a size specification and there was nothing nor was there anything written on the package itself.
I informed the company via email that the dress did not fit and I was asked to send photographic evidence. Furthermore, once photographic evidence was sent, I was asked to email them with my actual measurements of my bust, waist and hips. It came to the conclusion that because my measurements didn't match up with the ones on their size chart, I was blamed for ordering the wrong size dress! However, comparing their size chart to other ones from different clothing companies, their measurements were very small in comparison. As a result of this, I was not able to get a refund on the £110 I spent on the product due to the dress being custom made and it could not be resold! The company were also really cheeky and said that I should take it to a tailor and spend even more money again on perfecting the dress into my own size!
I would not order from this website unless you are prepared to pay more for custom made measurements or if you are of petite sizing(Size 4-14) and even if you are of average size... i would still size up due to their sizing being very small compared to other clothing companies!
I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter's homecoming. One dress was too tight and the other drapes in an unflattering way but they refuse to give me a full refund. They wanted pictures of the dresses so they could assess if anything was wrong with them. My daughter can barely walk in one of them because the skirt portion is too tight. I've just wasted $200 on dresses they refuse to take take back. Worst customer service and return policy. I would not recommend them.

They told me I needed to send pictures as proof that it didn't fit. I did and then they said to take it to a tailor. They wouldn't let me return it. I ordered a dress for the incorrect size. Yes, my fault. After review of their online return policy, there is nothing that should prevent my return. Nothing. All that is required is that you contact them immediately upon receipt, that you don't wear, alter, wash or remove the tags from the dress. However, after contacting them to request an exchange all they say is that they cannot accept the dress because it is not their fault. It wasn't custom tailored as the size I picked was picked from a drop-down. This is the worst experience ever. Will never order from them again and will do everything in my power to prevent them from conducting business in the US. This is just the worse. Also, once they realize that you insist on returning or exchanging your dress they will stop answering to emails or their chat service.
It says that they will except returns and I gave them every excuse to return 2 dresses and now they will not reply to emails. I just lost out over $350 because they do not honor their return policy at all. Do not buy from them!
