I ordered a dress for the incorrect size. Yes, my fault. After review of their online return policy, there is nothing that should prevent my return. Nothing. All that is required is that you contact them immediately upon receipt, that you don't wear, alter, wash or remove the tags from the dress. However, after contacting them to request an exchange all they say is that they cannot accept the dress because it is not their fault. It wasn't custom tailored as the size I picked was picked from a drop-down. This is the worst experience ever. Will never order from them again and will do everything in my power to prevent them from conducting business in the US. This is just the worse. Also, once they realize that you insist on returning or exchanging your dress they will stop answering to emails or their chat service.
