I purchased a dress for my daughter homecoming. It was $165 and it was made out of the same material as a Halloween costume. I asked for a full refund. They told me I needed to send pictures as proof that it didn't fit. I did and then they said to take it to a tailor. They wouldn't let me return it. I'm furious and have no clue as to how to get my money back!
