I ordered a dress standard size 16. Once the dress arrived it did not fit. It would not zip in the back. I contact customer service, and was getting the run around for 7 days smart comments. Like i should of use a ruler to measure my back, or go put the dress on in a better light because I can't see. I took pictures in the dress you can clearly see the dress does not fit. They last response I got was what to pity you pick the wrong size. To bad you can not get a refund. I will never order for this company again

This company will absolutely NOT accept returns. I ordered 3 dresses and when they arrived were unacceptable due to sizing (yes i followed their instructions exactly) they are not able to be altered to fit due to the differrnce. 20 emails later they still will not accept return and just keeo offering 5% discount. The dresses are useless to me, i have spent over £300 snd i wish to return them. They are unworn, as received and they are not customized at all, they are standard off the web orders. I would rdcoomrmd that you do.not order anything from this company

Scam

It's a another scam company. My daughter should have a prom... choose the dress from this company... why? On website dresses looked so nice, amazing, reviews were so good (I guess they are writing them themselves), delivery was so quickly and of course discount, how you can't buy a dress if discounts are 70%... everything seemed very nice tilll we got a dress. Of course, it was too small... now It's second week when I'm trying to contact company to give back this dress and be refunded. Don't think I'll be lucky:(
So, please... other girls, women, please, read carefully all reviews, read all terms and conditions, and don't buy from them, they have more websites, different names... search before and don't do my mistake

TOOK A CHANCE BUT NOW I BELIEVE OTHER SHOPPERS. THIS SITE IS A SCAM AND NOT LOYAL PURCHASED A PROM DRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER BACK ON FEB 06 2020 WAS TOLD DELIVERED IN 6-8 DAYS FROM PURCHASED RECEIVED A MONTH AND HALF LATER. WHEN RECEIVED I GOT A ALL WRINKLE SHOPPING BAG TYPE OF LARGE ENVELOPE NO BOX AND DRESS WAS FOLDED UP LIKE A RAG IN A CLEAR THIN BAG. I OPENED UP THE DRESS HAD A VERY FOULED ODOR LIKE FISH MATERIAL WAS VERY CHEAP HARD CLOTH TYPE. I EMAILED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE BACK 3 DAYS LATER. I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO WASH WITH VINEGAR THAT THE SMELL WILL GO AWAY. I TOOK IT TO MY CLEANERS THEY WERE EVEN SCARED TO DRY CLEAN AND TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF IT TEARS DUE TO THE MATERIAL. I EMAILED THEM BACK FOR A RETURN LABEL AND REFUND THEY DID NOT WANT TO RETURN OR REFUND ME BACK MY MONEY. I WILL PROCESS THIS MATTER THRU SMALL CLAIMS COURT. SO BEWARE SEE PICTURES BELOW ON HOW THE ACTUAL DRESS WAS DELIVERED

Don't plan on returning an item if you buy from this website. I bought a dress from hebeos and when I received it, it did not fit and was much heavier then expected. When I asked to return they told me there is nothing wrong with the item therefore they won't except my return. Seriously? What kind of company doesn't let you return an item if you don't like it and it doesn't fit? Bad... bad... bad

I ordered my wedding dress jan, 14 2020 And after 3 weeks pass by I contact them through email they never respond to my email I contact them through Facebook and they respond A-day after I asked them What happened to my order and they told me that tailor had it And every time I contact them they told me the same thing 2 months later I told them my wedding day was April 4th and it was not in the US and I was leave in 3 weeks before and my dress was not going to come on time to just refund me my money they told me my just was not ready and that I had to wait until my just came for then I could send it back within 7 days of when I came Then I got it the next day my dress was not finished and when I went to the Post Office to return it to China they with charging me a $100 just to send their back horible company I have ever dealed with

I ordered my wedding dress mid January with a ship date of 28 days at the most. It is March 8th. I'm getting married in 20 days and I still do not have my dress. I've contacted customer service numerous times and they offer me no help in any way. All they have asked me is if I'd like to cancel my order. It is to late to order a dress from another site and if it comes and doesn't fit or needs alterations I do not have the time to do so. I am beyond upset with the service I've received from this company. This is supposed to be a happy time in my life and I am extremely stressed and upset because of this situation. Please do not order from them.

Ordered a dress for daughter's prom, it's doesn't fit and they won't send me a return label to send it back, it's complete tat and I wouldn't want it if it did fit, I'm out of pocket and not holding out much hope of getting my money back, I wouldn't go near this company, they're a bunch of crooks

These people are the worst retailer for online shopping.
When I tried to request a return for my daughters prom dress they had to disgusting audacity to ask for pictures of my daughter in the dress to prove that the dress was too big based on their size charts. Then they told me to take it to my local tailor shop. Then they asked what were the specific measurements. Then by the 4th email. They said they will not refund me. The dress met all the standards of their return policy and they wouldn't refund me. They forced me to keep a dress that was poorly and cheaply made. There is also no customer service number to call. This is a horrible place to shop. I wish I could give this place minus one million stars. Stay away from this retailer.

Update: the company processed a full refund.
I ordered a dress for my daughter over a month ago and I just get an email today (see below). My daughters ring dance us in two days. They have no customer service number you can call only email. I paid $160 with expedited shipping. I have had to purchase a 2nd dress for my daughter. They are taking peoples money knowing they can't handle the volume. I give them zero stars.
Dear customer,
Sorry to tell you that this is prom season now we have to deal with massive orders everyday.
We need about 12 days to tailor your dress and 5-8 days for shipping, is it available for you?
Would you please tell us the exact date of your event?

No returns!

The dress better fit because they will not return! Dress arrived and fit nothing like the photos showed. Bra cups were huge and went all the way to the waistline. Fit and looked horrible. They offered to refund me 10%. Dress took over 6 weeks to arrive!

Do not make any payment to Hebeos, I payed for two prom dresses that never turned up, there's no phone to contact only email I emailed hebeos at lest 6 times and had not one reply no dresses and no refund, a total scam!

I bought a dress from Hebeos and it looks NOTHING like the picture! It is completely see-through and terrible quality. The size that came was also 6 inches larger than what was ordered. Tried to initiate a return and customer service was incredible unhelpful and denied the request. I will NEVER buy anything from Hebeos again.

Do not buy

I ordered 3 dresses from Hebeo's with the ususal promise of 3-8days delivery they were for an award ceremony so times were crucial. I left a 3 week overlap in case there were any delays or I needed alterations. The dresses did not arrive on time and when I contacted customer services that was when my alarm bells rang. They could not give me a clear indication of when the dresses would arrive. When the dresses arrived unfortunately the event had passed and 2 of the dresses did not fit and were not at all to my liking. I asked for a refund and it took almost a week to get a reply. I was asked for pictures which I sent. Still waiting for my refund. I am disgusted when I see them on social media. The gold dress I bought did fit though will need alterations but why o why can I not get a simple answer and a refund.

Dress size was a joke

So I hear that their customer service team are brilliant (not). I have emailed these four times about my dress. They wanted pictures as I couldn't even get my hands through the sleeves let alone do it up. I sent pictures still nothing. I wanted the dress for my wedding on the 21march 2020 still nothing. Stay well away, I will make sure that all my friends and family stay clear of these. So what do I do about my wedding dress, no refund and no exchange. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered two dresses in hope of returning the one I didn't like. Was already a bit worried about the quality of the dresses. Dresses arrived one looked nothing like the pics and was far too big. Sent an email straight away as they have their 7 day limit got one reply asking for pictures and then never a reply since then. What a waste of £300! So angry

Disappointed

I saw the most amazing wedding dress on hebeos site, it was perfect so white and just what I wanted as yo can see in picture, the one next go it is the nicotine coloured dress with net curtains for sleeves, nothing at all like the picture, I had to buy this dress it was amazing, so I purchased it, could not wait after a good few weeks my dress arrived...
Unwrapped it and thought mmm not too bad I put it on and took it off quicker than I got it on I just felt like a laughing stock, the sleeves where too short not even white like the picture just looked like a lace curtain shocking I've learned my lesson not to buy off line, the worst thing is I have contacted hebeos quite s lot and all I get is we will look into it, totally not bothered that's when they can be bothered to reply. I would not advise anyone to buy off this site... looking at other reviews there is no chance you get a refund absolutely disgraceful. Hebeos should be ashamed of yourselves taking peoples hard earned money and giving very poor quality dresses I would of been distraught if I had left it later in the year and had to wear that dress I would not of got married it was that awful.

Horrible!

I never leave reviews, but because my experience was so terrible, I was sure to write one about this company. The dress is NOT the same as the photo. The dress here flares at the hip, the one I received started to flare slightly below the breast. My waste measurement is 26, this dress poofs out so much at the waste that it makes you feel as though you are pregnant. When I requested to return the item, their customer service stated that "you should alter the dress locally, sorry." They refuse to allow you to return the dress. I will NEVER order from them again and I will no longer allow my bridesmaids to order their dresses from this site. CHEAP MATERIALS and the flowers on the dress look like they are falling off. They will not allow you to upload photos of the dress. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
