Originally I could not find the swatches on the website, I emailed them, they got back to me straight away, explaining how to order them, have been brilliant. Once sent out was a good speedy delivery. Good sized swatches too.

I appreciate there are shipping costs and I would have paid them on return. My daughter got a dress for size 12 and instead got size 6. They would not allow returns.just a voucher if you buy again. But the fact of the matter is.if they got the first size so wrong…why would we trust the next order would fit?

I ordered a dress in a UK size 6 and it was more like a size 10. When requesting a refund, they simply refused stating that there was nothing they could do. The dress was not cheap (£100 + £20 delivery) and it was costing me almost the same to adjust to my size. Customer service was not understanding in any way shape or form. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

Received my dress for my daughter's wedding, totally wrong colour which will not match her colour scheme and definitely not the colour I ordered. During the process of ordering I received a quick response from any emails I sent, but now despite several e mails requesting details of how I return dress and refund I am getting absolutely no response! So not only do I have to get another dress I am £150 out of pocket! I am now going to have to go through PayPal to try and get a resolution

When I saw the dress I really liked it especially because another customer provided the picture of them wearing it... I didn't realize the I could ask for customer sizing on that dress... They don't make it easy to find the feature... So i ordered the closest to my size... I still have to pay quite a bit for alternations. But that's on me. I should have dug deeper for the feature... I did email customer service though... They didn't respond to me for days... I had ordered the dress by then already... When the dress came. I unwrapped it and the first thing that happened was one of the beads fell off... I looked at the beading work and it's pretty bad... But like I said. U get what u pay for... Overall the dress is wearable after I get it altered.

We were a bit apprehensive after reading both good and bad reviews but decided to order. Although we received no update after placing order, suddenly after a few weeks had a posted notification. We were half afraid to open the parcel when it arrived but no, the dress looks amazing. So glad we went for the next size up after measuring, fits perfect.

My daughters had tried on the dresses from a store which was quite pricey. So I start to shop on this website to see if there's any alternative and I happens to found both their dresses on here. It's exactly the same for a great price.

I'm usually a UK 10, ordered a 12 to give room but it came dead right. I love the fit, no funny smell and it arrived a week ahead of time …

It's nice dress, ordered size bigger to leave the room for alterations. I need it little shorted and tighter around the waist also front panel needs to be narrower. Overall, good quality dress. Similar to one I tried on in shop.

Product arrived and was really pleased with the quality dress was absolutely stunning and fit perfect, would definitely recommend measuring before picking size, daughter usually a 8 but came measuring a 10

Unfortunately all the 5 dresses came in one bag all scrunched up in a very tight ball even though I had paid £20 + on all the dresses for delivery, I now have to get them all steamed hopefully the creases will come out which is going to cost me £20 a dress!'

We were a bit wary ordering a prom dress on line but we gave it a go and my word the dress fits my daughter perfectly. It's beautiful!
Really easy to order, only took 3 weeks to arrive but it was custom made to size so really pleased with the whole experience. Thankyou

Was a bit dubious, as never ordered from this company before, the order process was very simple and the dress has arrived a lot early than expected. The dress is beautiful but not what I was expecting, it is ALL sequins yet the picture doesn't give that impression, thought it is extremely beautiful

I ordered the dress with my custom measurements. Customer service was fast with response to my email. The dress fits perfectly, and is gorgeous. Looks exactly like the photos. Don't be fooled by the other Hebeos site. Be sure you are on the UK version.

Dress is lovely but not as expected. Sleeves are slightly puffed which wasn't evident on the photo, and it will need some alterations (which I expected anyway)
To be fair for the price it is good quality however if i could possibly have shopped around and had the budget/funds I'd have shopped in store rather than online

My daughter Kelly tried on around 40 wedding dresses last year for her wedding in June this year then I found you're website, kelly found the one! When she saw her dress she was delighted, it was perfect and no alterations needed!

If the dress was for myself I'd send it back. Unfortunately my daughter loves hit. There are parts of the dress where the seams are coming away, the straps are poor quality and the adjusters on them are a flimsy cheap looking plastic. I need to take it for alterations.

I ordered this dress which was made out of the cheapest, most synthetic looking fabric. The sewing around the waste made it pucker and puff out on the chest. So I decided to return it. Well that is when the drama began. Hebeos tried to do everything to frustrate my right to a return. They will email once a day only to slow the process down. They will not give you the return address but instead try to negotiate an amount for refund should you keep the dress. So for about 2 weeks I was emailing daily asking to return the dress and get my right to 100% return, and they were constantly saying we'll give you 20% refund to keep it, 30,40% etc right up to 70%. I got fed up and took the 70% but you should insist on the return address and right to 100% refund. I was so infuriated with the way they obstructed a return that I would never shop here again and would strongly encourage others not to as well.
