I ordered a dress for my daughter's leaving ball. It arrived with loose string and the main bead in the middle of the dress missing. I reported it straight away, expecting to be able to send it back and get a refund or a replacement. I was offered 10% discount, but that was no good as I could not replace the bead and it was so obvious that the dress could not be worn. I explained that according to their terms and services they had promised to refund any faulty or damaged goods. Not the case. After 2 months emailing, nothing. This is a fraudulent site that pretends to be in the UK, but is in fact in China and they will not replace or refund anything, their fault or not. Stay well clear!

I did email this company initially to see if finance options were available at all and unfortunately there weren't, but as the price was amazing it didn't take me long to save up and finally get the exact same dress that I had ordered before from else where, but it never arrived. This is the only place where I could get that same dress I had fallen in love with before and it came very quickly indeed

The dress fits well, but the fabric is nothing like the photos and is very cheap looking. However, the bigger problems is that there are bra cups sewn into the dress that 1) can be seen through the white fabric, 2) don't fill the entire area, and 3) barely cover my nipples and would never be sufficient coverage for someone with my chest measurement. The dress is totally unwearable because of this and would have to be altered by a professional if I were going to wear it. I'm going with a dress from Baltic Born that was 1/3 of the price and incredible quality and fit.

Having read reviews I was hoping the dress would be really nice, it is not at all,
Colour is not the same as picture, arm holes very tight do not fit so very uncomfortable, far too long at the front. The bust area has netting which is not shown in the picture, this is poor quality baggy and not finished off looks awful. The backless style at the rear is not the same as the picture shows. Absolutely ruined my big day now have had to buy a new dress. Finding it very difficult to get a refund, company saying get a tailor to alter it at my own cost, or sell it. Avoid this company customer service care and understanding non existent. Now having to fight to get a refund which is very very stressful.

I purchased 2 dresses and the colour of the dresses were different to the picture online. I requested a return and refund and they are being extremely difficult, even asking me to "re consider" my choice reading the return policy it states that if colour is not what you expect you are entitled to a full refund. They are not making it easy, very poor service so far.

Not satisfied at all. I have 14 days to refund i followed your size chart and it wasn't accurate at all. I was sent a dress that fit horribly and i have to pay shipping back to china who knows how much that costs and won't refund shipping costs going and coming. It's been a horrible experience

I was very dubious ordering given the mixed reviews online but to my delight was extremely happy with the order!

The dress is stunning and fits like a glove! (Ordered a size 10 and measurements are true to size).

This order was a test to check the quality…will now be ordering 5 more dresses for my bridesmaids

The quality of this Dress for the prices is very poor. I don't have time to return and re order or I don't have the money neither as shipping was also £30 which is extortionate. So not very happy in honesty

I am returning my dress as it does not stay up on my shoulders and the fit under the armpit is very close.

Long delivery, expensive delivery for a colour swatch (£15) colour swatch looks like it's been put together by a child with cellotape. Material looks cheap. And most of all the colours in the swatch are numbered rather than actual colour/shades that are advertised on the website therefore can't actually match up. Complete Waste of money

I ordered a full length pale blue prom dress for my daughter. What has been sent is what looks like a child's bridesmaids dress in the colour white. I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and not ordered. I get the feeling that I have now lost money and am left with a dress that is no good to me. I have messaged them but don't hold much hope. I have now got to get my daughter another dress somehow, I am not a rich person but I will make sure some scammers don't ruin her prom for her.

The dress arrived around the time they said it would arrive however I had no tracking email or notification that it had left the store so it was just a waiting game. It's a good quality dress although it doesn't look good on me, I don't really like the colour and it just doesn't flatter me. I thought this was going to be my dress however now I have to try and return it. I have also heard some bad reviews on returning items but we will see.

Was very excited to buy dresses online for a fair price. The dresses took a month to arrive, which I expected. I wanted to return one dress for several reasons, however, they did not let me and would charge me if I did return the dress. Very disappointed in customer service and misleading information on website. Shame

Ordered a dress for my daughter for her prom in July! I had a custom made which was fairly easy to follow the instructions, The dress came a lot sooner than I expected! I will be honest I was a bit worried when I seen the dress arrive in a small package! But once I opened it & got my daughter to try it on I was absolutely over the moon! For the very reasonable price this company charges, the standard of the dress is fantastic & very affordable for those on a tighter budget! With no compromise on the quality at all!

I ordered a dress on December 17th and was very nervous because of the reviews. I was expecting a confirmation email when the dress shipped and never got one but my dress came in the second week of January. Super fast shipping and the dress is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Hebeos. The dress is better quality than the dresses we've tried on in store and a third of the price.

We ordered the dress for my daughters prom, it turned up left on the doorstep in full view all day. It's way too small! Out by 5inchs on the zip on the back and inches out around the thighs! Then the seams were coming undone!
So all in all really bad workmanship, really bad communication and don't want to give a refund! Stay clear!

Apart from having an excellent service, I really appreciated the extra effort made when I made a mistake in the order and customer service assured me it was being handled accordingly. Sure enough, the order arrived as requested.
