Found my dream dress on here! I measured and it fit perfect to a T! I am so excited to wear it and can't wait for my wedding day!

Terrible product and terrible customer service. The product had a higher neckline and was longer than advertised. A ribbon thing not visible in the advert was stitched on with very rough large stitches at the back. It looked like a grandma dress from a market.

I had ordered a dress on here and saw some really good reviews online and YouTube so ordered a dress with custom measurements. When it arrived everything was wrong and it didn't even look like the picture. I had to bring it to a tailor and they said it was the worst one they've ever seen! PLEASE don't order from here

The dresses are absolutely beautiful, and so light. Definitely worth the money, I ordered my size, and I still had room, I need it tailored a little bit. Thank you so much for the beautiful dress, anyone wanting to order it's SO worth every penny.

Seen this dress on another website for a £1800 exactly the same and just fell in love with it! When I ordered this dress I was really concerned as seen a few bad stories about this site. Have received the dress in less than the time scale provided and fell in love with the dress even more when I seen it in person.

Easy to order, quick delivery, unfortunately responses are quite late. Dress I received is amazing and soooo beautiful. Gorgeous... but unfortunately it was too small in chest... couldn't close zipper.

Unfortunately it hasn't been a great experience. Placed an order online for prom, dress takes roughly 2x weeks to get here for it to be the wrong colour as advertised on the website. Customer service is non existent expect to wait upto 48hours per email you send with very little communication on their end. I would not recommend!

Received a dispatch email with tracking ref but this only gave details when the dress arrived in the UK. Messaged Heboes via contact form and quickly received a very good detailed tracking list up to export. Dress arrived 5 days later (before original expected date) and Royal mail delivered on a Sunday. The dress itself is absolutely beautiful, just like image, fits perfect and exact colour shown. Would certainly purchase from this site again. Big thanks to all at Heboes I have an extremely happy 15yr old.

Wow, its incredible. Looks exactly like photo adverised. Its heavier than i thought it would be but very elegant. I'm very pleased. Only criticism is that I'm not sure it's true to size. I ordered my size and its a little tight but i will be dropping some weight before the big day so I'm confident it will be comfortable on the big day. Thankyou. Its perfect and exactly what i was looking for. Great price as well.

I gave measurements for the dress to be custom made and when it arrived I was disappointed to say the least. The neckline is different, the bust area doesn't fit correctly, it doesn't show off my waist and the style of it is nothing like. A very negative outcome.

Easy to order, beware the delivery takes time, but worth the wait, when dispatched you get email saying arrived, i worried but it arrived 2 days later, not that anyone got bCk to my concern but other than that all well

I received the dress for my granddaughter for her prom, it arrived 10 inches too small, I was told to take it to a Taylor how can you make a dress bigger! The dress cost me £170, looked more like a dress that would cost 20 at the most still waiting for a return address. Avoid at all cost

The dress is not the right size at all, and returning it has been a nightmare.

I was skeptical and worried about ordering from this website. But I took a chance and when the dress came I fell in love! I made a couple of requests; if I could have a white lace detail instead of champagne. Communication was great!

I ordered a grey dress for my sister's engagement and it was arriving on the very previous day of my sister's engagement but when the dress arrived it was looking like a mess just a cloth wrapped and designed the fitting was also very loose not happy at all as I the customer service is telling me we can't give u refund even when I contacted them the same day
I would suggest it's a waste of money don't buy it

When I received a picture of the dress I had ordered I tried to cancel my order. I was told if I did I would lose all the money. I wanted a dress with a sky blue skirt but with the same embroidery as the picture on the website. It is not the dress I ordered. They sent the two dresses that are both substandard quality and the "white" dress is actually salmon pink

I was worried to start with because of mixed feedback. But I risked and purchased a dress. I've had proffesional measuments taken. However the dress I received was 2 sizes too big. Now I'm going through return policy. :(

I am delighted with this dress! I wasn't at all sure what to expect but thought that for the price asked it was worth trying. The colour is beautiful and exactly as pictured, and it's put together really well. I ordered a size 6 for my (petite) 15-year-old daughter's prom next year and there is a bit of room if she grows. The lace back is gorgeous and the boning around the torso is perfectly sewn. It arrived within the three weeks stated and although I was worried it looked as if it was stuffed into the packaging, it was folded nicely and there were no creases to deal with. I will happily recommend this company!

Really pleased with the dress I ordered. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering online and we ordered the next size up as didn't want to risk putting in measurements. The dress arrived in good time and is just beautiful and my daughter is so pleased with this.
