Colour was totally off- was expecting a light pink but i got a hot bright pink! Makes it look so cheap

Dress arrived promptly. Slight alterations necessary to straps and hem. Lovely

It is a great dress but the colour un the picture does not match the colour of the dress as the dress in red is a little lighter than the picture, but overall great quality and good material :)

Item arrived as described after just over 2 weeks from ordering and was exactly as described and sizes were good. However, we were told at the time of ordering that we would be informed when the item was to be shipped and also be provided with a tracking number. A couple of days ago i contacted Hebeos to ask if the item had been dispatched yet but then found a card in the post box for a missed parcel from Royal Mail. I didnt think at the time it was for the item as we had not had any tracking info sent to us but turns out it was. Panic over and the dress is beautiful but the lack of communication is the reason for 3 stars.

I enjoyed shopping online for my prom dress. There was so many gorgeous dresses to choose from however I bought one which I knew would suit me best

The shopping experience is good. The color dress is beautiful. But the bust is not shaped properly. It lost the shape for the way was packed so I will need to send it to be tailored. Did not like the white glass on the bust would look better with some similar to the color of the dress. It would have been helpful if there was a picture of the dress in the color chosen. But the design is nice.

I ordered a UK 14. I received a UK 12! I have tried it in and there is no hope of doing the zip up. There is also a small tear on the top part within the lace. I have emailed to request how this is rectified. So so disappointed.

My daughter found this dress online and reading the reviews I was so unsure but she was insistent so I ordered the dress. We chose custom fit as she didn't slot into the sizes on the chart.we ordered on the 9th may and it arrived on the 26th. And it fit perfectly. I wouldn't say its exactly like the photo but it's very very nice.

The quality of this Dress for the prices is very poor. I don't have time to return and re order or I don't have the money neither as shipping was also £30 which is extortionate. So not very happy in honesty

I ordered a custom size dress for my daughter's prom. She is pear shaped and measured her. Hebeos UK confirmed the custom size and adjustment. We received the dress in the mail and it was just as it looked in the picture. Great service!
