Ordered a prom dress for my daughter. After reading some external reviews I was dubious about the standard of dress we would receive. I can say it has exceeded expectations. Ordering was simple, I ordered a standard size dress and measured my daughter, went for the bigger size of her measurements. Really pleased with the fit, we will only need to take the length up.
The colour is beautiful and just as it says. Delivery was quick and tracked. Overall I would recommend this site.

Arrived very very tightly wrapped up very creased and not carefully packaged as it should have been for a dress priced over £100

We chose the custom size dress and entered all of our measurements which was straight forward and easy to follow on the website.
Dress arrived today and is beautiful. Fits perfect, just a bit longer than my daughter wants so will get it taken up slightly.
No hassle and tracked order with no problems. Took 3 weeks to arrive :)

Delivery arrived well before the expected delivery date and the overall quality of the dress is brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered for my daughter's prom. Size comes up on the small side. Missing loop on the hook and eye fastening, now j have to pay someone to fit one, which I am not happy about.

Everything was great, the dress was coated in a net like fabric which wasn't what I expected from the photos, but it still looks great and overall am very happy with the product. I have not got my girlfriend to try it on yet, so I don't know what the fit is like yet, but other than that I'm happy with the result :)

Neither of the 2 dresses I ordered for my daughter! Please may I have a returns form or and email how to go about it.

I wouldn't suggest ordering from here, and putting your hope into your dress especially I'f u have little to now time to find a dress and if you on a budget

The packing of the itemwhen it arrived was in very poor condition and was not of good enough quality to protect the item. The packing was smashed and it was lucky that the item was not damaged as there was very little to protect it.

Amazing service through email and the website, lovely dress and material just didn't suit me

The service was great but we ordered a burgundy dress and its come in a dark red so my daughter is upset about that.

Dress looked exactly like pictures, straps were a little bit long and front a little awkward but nothing a little altering can't fix.
