Very good service. Dress came much quicker than expected. It fitted beautifully only a tiny bit too long but otherwise extremely happy with the whole experience. We were very nervous ordering online but would definitely do it again.

At the start I was kind of nervous given that I have never bought anything in this shop so when I bought my dress I was just hopping it wouldn't disappoint me. When a bought the dress it said that it woul take 12-15 days for the dress to be made and 5-7 days for the dress to arrive meaning that it would take 3 weeks and that exactly how long it took i was very satisfied with the period of time that it took for the dress to arrive since the day I bought. Now talking about the dress, it doesn't exactly look like the picture given of the different body shapes but even though, if you want to by the dress just buy it if you feel like buying that dress just like having a connection with it, the texture of my dress I loved it and I'm surely going to enjoy it in PROM!

The experience with Hebeos could of been much better than what it was i think the company needs to have a better understanding of their custmers and communicate with them.

My experience has been fabulous with Hebeos I received the exactly same dress as it was pictured its even more beautiful in person and I am really pleased with my dress.

Great website lots of choice dress arrived on time slight issue with beading not fixed on properly but easily mended

The experience was fine and they delivered on time the only issue was I never received my shipping information I had to ask them.

Easy to order. Waited a little while for dress but that was to be expected, dress arrived 1 week after expected delivery date. Customer service and quick response to queries were great. Quality of material really nice x

I did email this company initially to see if finance options were available at all and unfortunately there weren't, but as the price was amazing it didn't take me long to save up and finally get the exact same dress that I had ordered before from else where, but it never arrived. This is the only place where I could get that same dress I had fallen in love with before and it came very quickly indeed

Dress looks amazing but doesn't look the same colour and the dress needs to be altered as its too long

Not good. Had to buy another prom dress as the dress not fit for purpose. Completely see through from the waist down. Not suitable for my daughter to wear

Even though I was told I would have a tracker I didn't have access to it until I asked, the dress came quite loose and is shiner than the picture
