Website good to navigate and shop, easy shopping, size exact what it says on the label and website, beautiful fabric, very pleased, thought I may have to make one but Hebeos came to the rescue.

I have no complaints at all about this company, totally straight forward, gorgeous dresses pictured and delivered

At first I was concerned when I had not received any communication from the company regarding my order. However the custy service team were more than helpful and the dress arrived a lot quicker than expected. The quality of this dress is amazing, the fit is true to size and I could not be happier! Affordable and great quality!

We ordered the dress for my daughters prom, it turned up left on the doorstep in full view all day. It's way too small! Out by 5inchs on the zip on the back and inches out around the thighs! Then the seams were coming undone!
So all in all really bad workmanship, really bad communication and don't want to give a refund! Stay clear!

A custom dress in just over 2 weeks was great and cost less then I thought it would

Ordering and delivery were perfect and can't fault it. The item needs to be altered though, it's not like the picture unfortunately but with some alterations it will be fine.

The dress was beutiful but despite that i bought it in a custom size it was bigger than expected but over all it looks pretty

Excellent choice of dresses for proms, weddings etc. Took my daughter's measurements as per their instructions and ordered her prom dress using them. Dress came quickly and fits her perfectly just needs a bit taking off the length

No confirmation of delivery that the package was dispatched or on route for delivery no signature. But once I received the dress it was very nice! I'll post a picture soon!

I have emailed and messaged from delivery date i need to return this dress its faulty

Was a bit dubious, as never ordered from this company before, the order process was very simple and the dress has arrived a lot early than expected. The dress is beautiful but not what I was expecting, it is ALL sequins yet the picture doesn't give that impression, thought it is extremely beautiful

Easy to order and shipping was quick. Be aware that you have to order a lot bigger than your actual. Size. My daughter is a UK size 10- 12. I ordered a 16 but to tight.

Ordering was easy and the products turned up on time
However they were not as described and I cannot get a response to return these items

Only took 3 weeks and my dress has arrived and it's absolutely stunning. I can't wait to wear it on my special day

The dress was perfect, but I think the measurements were a bit wrong as it was a size too big. But after tailoring it was amazing!

Perfect quality and looks exactly like the image! Was worried shopping from this website because i didn't know if it was trustworthy but i'm glad i did now because it's beautiful and come in time for prom :)

It came in 3 weeks. Very beautiful dress. Unfortunately Prom was cancelled. But very satisfied with the dress.

Pleasantly surprised, from ordering to receipt of my dress was really good and was really happy, I have had a couple of alterations which I new I was going to do anyway but but the cost is still way below the cost of a dress bought from a wedding dress boutique.
