I ordered a wedding dress and it was not at all like the picture extremely disappointed. I
Do not recommend anyone to buy dresses from hebeos. Package came damaged and dress torn. To spend so much and then end up with such a dress is any brides worst nightmare.

Ok - items came on time. The fabric choices were ok. But not all that I wanted or asked for

It was a slow despatch & delivery but got here in the end

For the shipping of the item it come within a really good timescale I was informed when the package was on its way and an estimated delivery time. As for the item bought I absolutely love it the only thing I can pick out that I am a little disappointed in is that some of the cotton detail has become loose so will have to tidy this up myself.

Good styles, perfect for what we were looking for, making shopping so much easier and pleasurable, I highly recommend your to anyone and everyone thank you all so very much

Easy to order and quick to be made and delivered, there was detailed guidance regarding the measuring which made things easier also

My daughter looks beautiful in the prom dress that was a style she particularly liked- slightly dramatic and not found elsewhere. £136 with P&P. Perfect fit. Slightly lower quality than I was expecting and packed into quite a small bag causing lots of creases

Never recieved any info, confirmation of order or a reciept. Was getting a bit worried. But it arrived early and is beautiful.

Really easy and helpful they were quick to answer my questions love the dress awesome and the price was amazing can't wait for my day.

I ordered this dress in light blue and it was disgusting. The quality was awful, it didn't fit, wasn't what I ordered and had a fishy smell coming from the fabric :(

The dress is lovely. All measurements were perfect except for the bust. Tall, slim girl and the dress ran 5 inches to small. Too late to return. Had to fix with ribbon. Beautiful otherwise.

Good from ordering to delivery. Happy with my royal blue prom dress for my daughter. Size was good too.

Size guide very good, dress fits like a dream - we deducted 5cm from the finished length we wanted (which was a couple of cm off the floor) but dress still touches the floor in high heels! Not to worry, looks amazing and my daughter is delighted as it's for her prom. Overall very happy with quality and service!

Dress is lovely but not as expected. Sleeves are slightly puffed which wasn't evident on the photo, and it will need some alterations (which I expected anyway)
To be fair for the price it is good quality however if i could possibly have shopped around and had the budget/funds I'd have shopped in store rather than online

Amazing dress and overall very quick turnaround would definitely buy from them again!

We had to chase for update as we did know what was happening with the order

I received the dress for my granddaughter for her prom, it arrived 10 inches too small, I was told to take it to a Taylor how can you make a dress bigger! The dress cost me £170, looked more like a dress that would cost 20 at the most still waiting for a return address. Avoid at all cost

Amazing first time experience would definitely use again
