Ordered a wedding dress from this site, I received it I'm about 2 weeks. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL.! MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THE PICTURES. IT WAS VERY DETAILED.
Dress is faulty all ripped at mesh al diamonyees missing and to small it's not what it says in picture I want a refund
I've made an order since 10th July, which I have not received, they gave me tracking information which it doesn't exist, at this point I do not know where the package is, I have no tracking information, I have contacted them via email as they don't have no other ways of contact, they only responds once a day with stupid answers, I've asked for my money back I've been ignored, I've asked when the package will arrive I've been ignored, a company that operates will never act this way.
