After reading very mixed reviews, I bought 6 x bridesmaid dresses and paid the extra for made to measure. The quality is amazing and if anything they are little big and long so need to get them tailored in, which I'm happy to do as they worked out £110 per dress in the end with delivery etc. I didn't order a sample I took a gamble and the colour and quality was really good (stormy, in chiffon). Better than anything I found UK for the price

The colour was very lovely, the material was lush. Unfortunately it was too small and it doesn't fit me. Tried to follow the return process, came up as "unable to submit return please try again later" did this about 5 times for the same error message. Tried to find a contact number - nothing on the site. Have sent and email to Hebeos directly and awaiting reply.

No number, was also unable to submit returns form through their website. We have emailed directly.

Our experience was positive and this dress has exceeded my expectations! Beautiful fabric- huge full skirt and after giving our measurements it was made to perfection. I also liked that we got updates about the dress being in production, passing quality assurance and then bring in transit. Coming from overseas to Canada I was skeptical but it only took about four weeks from production to delivery. Our dress was custom sized and we even had the back altered to a corset instead of zipper with no additional charge. So happy!

Hebeos has very great customer service and are very accommodating and helpful with everything I needed help with.

Dress arrived after couple weeks, was too small. Customer service was very good though and they assisted as needed until a resolution was found. Because the customer service was so good, I will definitely buy from them again.

Ordered my daughters prom dress and to start with I did not receive a confirmation email. So I got in touch with the company and within 24hrs they got in contact with me via email and confirmed my order. Came very quickly, a lot earlier than expected delivery day. My daughter is over the moon with it. She absolutely loves it.

I was sceptical due to the prices and reviews buy chose to take the risk as I was desperate for a different dress... the sizing was on point as I took measurements instead of following the usual size guide. The dress is heavy and good quality for the price and has great drape. Would recommend to anyone wanting a lower cost dress. It arrived sooner than expected too which was a bonus x

The item arrived and was poor quality with loops in the stitching and safety pin still attached. I contact Hebeos to request a refund on same day of delivery and was offered 20% discount. This is an item that would not be worn due to the poor quality. I asked again for a full refund as proof of items imperfections had been supplied and I was told if I wanted to request a full refund I would need to pay for the item to be tracked to China and then the team would decide if I would receive a percentage discount or full amount refunded. I was unhappy to spend yet more money on the item to not be guaranteed a full refund and therefore would not recommend using this website.

They would not provide a full refund for an unworn, faulty dress (evidence sent via photos) and instead said I would need to pay for item to be tracked to China.

After providing several times the same requested documents (proof of payment and invoice, which Hebeos anyway had because Hebeos issues these documents), as well as providing several valid ways of contacting me (phone numbers and email addresses), the support services told me to contact "local customs", which is ridiculous because I don't even know which "local" customs I am supposed to contact. The issue changed assignees multiple times, who did not show any willingness to help solve the problem. Support services didn't even tell me what the problem with customs was. There is nothing special in this order, which should be straightforward to deliver.

I ordered 2 tailored dresses, they arrived in the agreed timescale, are of an excellent quality. They even took the time to confirm the measurements were correct before they began making the dresses. Excellent value for money, I would highly recommend them.

Do not order from this site very bad customer service. Wedding dress quality is horrible. When I get a wedding dress it was too big to me and cut my neck. I asked full refund and they didn't bring my money.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress but before I ordered it I emailed to confirm if it wasn't right If I could send it back to which I was told I could. When the dress arrived it wasnt right. When I tried to return it they wouldn't allow me to. Even though their website says free returns!
They are not helpful in anyway.
Say that even though their website says returns they don't accept returns!

I tried on several occasions to cancel my order after reading the reviews on line. I really wish I hadn't placed any order with this so called Company.

There is no telephone number and you can try and contact Hebeos UK any way, as you never get a response.
They have taken £133 out of my bank account and that's it. You never hear from them again. I must have tried at least 6 times to contact them and get nothing back. I'm sure this is deliberate as once they have your hard earned money, you don't hear anything from them.
This has caused my mental health to be a real set back as weddings can be stressful at the best of times. This issue with this Company has made things terrible both mentally and losing all my money as I don't think I have a hope in hell of getting that money back.

Bought the dress but is too small even though I picked a size bigger, the delivery came when shouldn't, I put delivery on a different day and they send it on the day they scheduled it. I would like to replace the dress with a bigger size and the site didn't let me send the contact details. The dress is beautiful, love it, problem is that my wedding is in less than 2 months.

No way of contacting, I tried to ask for a replace and the site didn't let me send the email. Not happy at all.

First time buying products from Hebeos
Expected great things, website is professional the products look elegant.
Terrible quality in actuality, poor craftmanship, faulty items, cheaply made and sold at a premium price. Item arrived inside out and with dust marks, so I expect it was a previous return.

Ordering online was easy, but I only received order confirmation email. No other emails on dispatch ect
Dress arrived rolled up in a ball so very crinkled.
Ordered uk 10 size, dress is too big and extremely long so will have to pay someone to alter the measurements.

I ordered two dresses in the hope of ordering more for bridesmaids. One dress the zip would not move, the other much larger than measurements state. This company refuse refunds even if damaged, colour different, too big or two small. Basically any issues are the customers fault. Avoid, never use fraudulent company. Advertising easy returns within 7 days if not happy with your order… I will be continuing to report this company and will not stop until I have received my refund.

We chose the custom size dress and entered all of our measurements which was straight forward and easy to follow on the website.
Dress arrived today and is beautiful. Fits perfect, just a bit longer than my daughter wants so will get it taken up slightly.
No hassle and tracked order with no problems. Took 3 weeks to arrive :)

I am very please the way my order was handed. Perfect size good material and main this is delivered to my daughter in Canada. Even that is before expected dated as she needs on her birth day present and She got it with happy smile. Thanks

Excellent choice of dresses for proms, weddings etc. Took my daughter's measurements as per their instructions and ordered her prom dress using them. Dress came quickly and fits her perfectly just needs a bit taking off the length
