My daughter ordered her prom dress. When it arrived it looked as though I had stitched it together. The workmanship was terrible with double stitching, loose threads and runs in the very poor material. She emailed them straight away and sent photos of the faults. She was asked to take the dress to a local seamstress. She emailed over and over explaining the dress could not be repaired. I now have over 20 emails of utter nonsense from this company offering us £11.13 refund for a dress that can not be worn and cost over £130! I still email every day asking for the contact details of a manager, who I am told is too busy to deal with me. That doesn't surprise me given the amount of complaints they must receive! Please Do Not Order anything from this company or you will be extremely disappointed!

The custom wedding dress I ordered ended up not fitting. The shoulder straps don't go on my shoulders, but beside them making it fall down. Also the bust isn't tight enough and loose. Now I have to take it in for alterations.

After reading very mixed reviews, I bought 6 x bridesmaid dresses and paid the extra for made to measure. The quality is amazing and if anything they are little big and long so need to get them tailored in, which I'm happy to do as they worked out £110 per dress in the end with delivery etc. I didn't order a sample I took a gamble and the colour and quality was really good (stormy, in chiffon). Better than anything I found UK for the price

3.looks old& worn at the burst.
Dress 2:
1.wrong dress totally... neckline is different
2.wrong color
3.style is VERY wrong...not maxi, but high low was sent out instead
4.wrong lace!
Very Disappointed! How do we send back for a refund?

I am thrilled with the quality of the bridesmaid dresses. The shipping and delivery was a lot quicker than expected. The dresses are beautiful and very flattering but everyone did have to size up one or two sizes so be aware as they are small made.

Absolutely amazing dress! Can't believe how beautiful it is in real life! It literally looks just like the pictures! Honestly you won't be disappointed if you order this dress! I was a little worried about ordering online. And bought this dress to re new my wedding vows but completely in love with this!

I selected premium delivery which was 4-10 working days. I had to chase on 2 occasions for updates. It finally arrived but 24 hours late for my daughters prom. A very disappointed 16 year old in our house. The dress itself was gorgeous which made her even more depressed that she wasnt able to wear it to her prom. :(

After providing several times the same requested documents (proof of payment and invoice, which Hebeos anyway had because Hebeos issues these documents), as well as providing several valid ways of contacting me (phone numbers and email addresses), the support services told me to contact "local customs", which is ridiculous because I don't even know which "local" customs I am supposed to contact. The issue changed assignees multiple times, who did not show any willingness to help solve the problem. Support services didn't even tell me what the problem with customs was. There is nothing special in this order, which should be straightforward to deliver.

I have just received a dress I purchased which arrived very creased as was packaged in a small jiffy parcel bag instead of a large box even though I was charged over £20 for postage / packing.

I have complained to customer service person called Cherry - informing that I need to return the dress as it doesn't fit and very poor quality. She's refusing to process a returns label and refusing to refund me although this was not noted on the T@C that goods purchased was non refundable. I will not be buying anything from Hebeos and plan to take this complaint further

I sent a mail query which has not been answered. I have had to make a guess about the custom sizing and the hem length as your website is not clear. When the dress arrived it appears to have a long train which was not clear from the pictures. As the dress is for ballroom dancing I am rather disappointed.

Extremely satisfied. Order arrived today nicely package and the dress looks absolutely beautiful on me. The sizing is correct and everything is exactly what in expected very please with my wedding dress. I will leave them a five star

Absolutely amazing customer service experience, I was really surprised when it arrived but upon opening it the quality is just amazing, I just need to make a few alterations and then it will be perfect.

Unless you are 190 per cent sure you want what you have ordered, that it will be good quality, right colour & size, don't order as you won't get a response from them to initiate a return & postage back (to China?) is at your own expense

I wanted a dress for my daughters prom, I'd seen one we loved so went ahead and ordered it. Put in her measurements with the chosen colour, Hebeos kept me updated at every stage and the dress arrived well packaged and within the given time of delivery. The dress is fabulous exactly what we wanted. Thanks again for a great service.

Custom size gets you to measure your body in a specific way, but those measurements don't translate to the finished product. The way I measured and the extra length I allowed, the dress should have been looking, but instead it is like 2 inches off the floor with my shoes on. The waist measurement is taken at your natural waist, but The measurement was applied to a wait much higher than your natural waist, so it's too small. I'm disappointed and unsure if I can get a new wedding dress in time for my wedding.

Easy to order. Waited a little while for dress but that was to be expected, dress arrived 1 week after expected delivery date. Customer service and quick response to queries were great. Quality of material really nice x

Perfect quality and looks exactly like the image! Was worried shopping from this website because i didn't know if it was trustworthy but i'm glad i did now because it's beautiful and come in time for prom :)

Wish there were more reviews on this dress! But overall the dress is very pretty and just like the picture the only issue I have is I ordered them in sizes far to big for my daughter.

Received my order for my Grand-daughters prom the dress came wrapped like it was a rag all creased and the bra was not in its package just fell out on the floor. The dress is lovely but would say that it is two -three sizes too small even though I measured and the measurements do not correspond with what I ordered. I wish to get a refund and money for me to send this dress back asap been waiting over two weeks for a reply to my complaint already and now need to go and get her another dress.
