My daughter looks beautiful in the prom dress that was a style she particularly liked- slightly dramatic and not found elsewhere. £136 with P&P. Perfect fit. Slightly lower quality than I was expecting and packed into quite a small bag causing lots of creases

Very good service. Dress came much quicker than expected. It fitted beautifully only a tiny bit too long but otherwise extremely happy with the whole experience. We were very nervous ordering online but would definitely do it again.

My daughter ordered her prom dress. When it arrived it looked as though I had stitched it together. The workmanship was terrible with double stitching, loose threads and runs in the very poor material. She emailed them straight away and sent photos of the faults. She was asked to take the dress to a local seamstress. She emailed over and over explaining the dress could not be repaired. I now have over 20 emails of utter nonsense from this company offering us £11.13 refund for a dress that can not be worn and cost over £130! I still email every day asking for the contact details of a manager, who I am told is too busy to deal with me. That doesn't surprise me given the amount of complaints they must receive! Please Do Not Order anything from this company or you will be extremely disappointed!

The custom wedding dress I ordered ended up not fitting. The shoulder straps don't go on my shoulders, but beside them making it fall down. Also the bust isn't tight enough and loose. Now I have to take it in for alterations.

Dress 1:
1.Wrong colour
2.Missing jacket
3.looks old& worn at the burst.
Dress 2:
1.wrong dress totally... neckline is different
2.wrong color
3.style is VERY wrong...not maxi, but high low was sent out instead
4.wrong lace!

Absolutely amazing dress! Can't believe how beautiful it is in real life! It literally looks just like the pictures! Honestly you won't be disappointed if you order this dress! I was a little worried about ordering online. And bought this dress to re new my wedding vows but completely in love with this!

I selected premium delivery which was 4-10 working days. I had to chase on 2 occasions for updates. It finally arrived but 24 hours late for my daughters prom. A very disappointed 16 year old in our house. The dress itself was gorgeous which made her even more depressed that she wasnt able to wear it to her prom. :(

I have just received a dress I purchased which arrived very creased as was packaged in a small jiffy parcel bag instead of a large box even though I was charged over £20 for postage / packing.

I have complained to customer service person called Cherry - informing that I need to return the dress as it doesn't fit and very poor quality. She's refusing to process a returns label and refusing to refund me although this was not noted on the T@C that goods purchased was non refundable. I will not be buying anything from Hebeos and plan to take this complaint further

Extremely satisfied. Order arrived today nicely package and the dress looks absolutely beautiful on me. The sizing is correct and everything is exactly what in expected very please with my wedding dress. I will leave them a five star

My wife ordered a dress and hand bag and some other stuff, all got held up at local customs, after a month still no dress never made it on time for the wedding, you cant contact them as only email and chats and you will get no where, what they dont tell people is they are sending you items from china so avoid them at all costs! It cost us £130 all wasted for nothing

Unless you are 190 per cent sure you want what you have ordered, that it will be good quality, right colour & size, don't order as you won't get a response from them to initiate a return & postage back (to China?) is at your own expense

No reply from them despite contacting twice, now unable to return the dress as 14 days has passed

Easy to order. Waited a little while for dress but that was to be expected, dress arrived 1 week after expected delivery date. Customer service and quick response to queries were great. Quality of material really nice x

Perfect quality and looks exactly like the image! Was worried shopping from this website because i didn't know if it was trustworthy but i'm glad i did now because it's beautiful and come in time for prom :)

emailed a couple times but only got an answer the first time i emailed but that happened to be very helpful so i’m not that worried about the other times

I ordered a sample of one colour of the bridesmaid fabrics so I could confirm it was the correct shade and quality that I was looking for.
I paid £10.00 for delivery in February only to be told after payment that I should expect the sample in May! Dread to think how long an actual dress takes to come...

Received my order for my Grand-daughters prom the dress came wrapped like it was a rag all creased and the bra was not in its package just fell out on the floor. The dress is lovely but would say that it is two -three sizes too small even though I measured and the measurements do not correspond with what I ordered. I wish to get a refund and money for me to send this dress back asap been waiting over two weeks for a reply to my complaint already and now need to go and get her another dress.

I knew this dress was cheap, but I didn't realize the lace would be totally different than the photos online. It's a completely different lace pattern, which totally alters the dress. I hate it, and I'm hoping to get a refund but their process is impossible to reach anyone.

No one got back to me! I’m still waiting on a reply.

We ordered the lovely sky blue lace tulle dress to be customized a couple of weeks ago. It arrived today and it fits like a glove! We are delighted with it. Great quality! We would definitely order dresses from here again.

Ladies, if you are buying a dress please do not order from this website. I have ordered my daughter's prom dress without being customized size 14. The dress did not suit her body so i ask for a refund and now I am in dispute with this company, just for my refund, and the packaging is a horrible as I would expect for such an expensive dress it came in a torn small bag.
Very sad as it should have been my daughter special day :(

I want my money back. I did order a dress. When its came and I try on I was disappointed. Bra pads been in all over the places but not where they should be and a dress had a tail on back. They told me that can refund only 10% of original prices and I need to go to tailor to fix it. I wish read other opinions early. I lost 130 pounds.

Ordering was simple, was kept informed at all points of the process and the parcel was delivered within expected time scale. Postage was extremely expensive. One dress was beautifully made and I am very happy with it. If that had been the end of my dealings I would be leaving an.excellent review, however the second dress had odd bra cups and when on the dress gave me odd boobs. The dress fitted beautifully in all other aspects. I contacted Hebeos within the 14 days and asked to return it for a refund in line with my statutory rights. All sorts of excuses were given for the poor dressmaking, including the suggestion that I have odd boobs! Eventually after several exchanges I was offered 10% refund to get the dress altered, then eventually they offered me 70% on account to spend on another Hebeos dress, and I will keep the dress. That offer came with a warning that not accepting it would cost me high return postage, and 15% of the dress cost to pay for cleaning, restocking and admin.

Poor beyond words.

I don't usually review my purchases but this time I am so disappointed that I have to write. Bought 2 dresses for me and my mom. They arrived totally different than we expected, the sizes are all wrong and it is been a struggle to return or refunded. Seller trying to imply we ordered the wrong size.
One dress was supposed to be UK 16 (I am 14) and the other UK 20 ( mom is size 18) either dresses fit me.
