Unfortunately, the photos on the website don't always match the product. This meant disappointment and concern regarding the look and feel of the dress. I also find returning the item is rather more difficult than I would have expected, when buying online.

2 dresses received which were both faulty very bad quality and not made properly - been trying for 2 weeks to return these to no avail - will probably have to take them to the small claims court to try and get a refund would not recommend this company to anyone

We ordered the lovely sky blue lace tulle dress to be customized a couple of weeks ago. It arrived today and it fits like a glove! We are delighted with it. Great quality! We would definitely order dresses from here again.

The colour was very lovely, the material was lush. Unfortunately it was too small and it doesn't fit me. Tried to follow the return process, came up as "unable to submit return please try again later" did this about 5 times for the same error message. Tried to find a contact number - nothing on the site. Have sent and email to Hebeos directly and awaiting reply.

I don't usually review my purchases but this time I am so disappointed that I have to write. Bought 2 dresses for me and my mom. They arrived totally different than we expected, the sizes are all wrong and it is been a struggle to return or refunded. Seller trying to imply we ordered the wrong size.
One dress was supposed to be UK 16 (I am 14) and the other UK 20 ( mom is size 18) either dresses fit me.

My experience purchasing from Hebeos deserves a 8 of 10. Some of the accesorios on the dress fell in the first opening… and part of the dress inside is not sewn. Otherwise, they provided a confirmation of my purchase as soon as I placed my order, and they gave updates until they shipped my order with a number to track the package. The packaging was well done. I would purchase again, but would like to see improvements in their quality control.

Ordering was simple, was kept informed at all points of the process and the parcel was delivered within expected time scale. Postage was extremely expensive. One dress was beautifully made and I am very happy with it. If that had been the end of my dealings I would be leaving an.excellent review, however the second dress had odd bra cups and when on the dress gave me odd boobs. The dress fitted beautifully in all other aspects. I contacted Hebeos within the 14 days and asked to return it for a refund in line with my statutory rights. All sorts of excuses were given for the poor dressmaking, including the suggestion that I have odd boobs! Eventually after several exchanges I was offered 10% refund to get the dress altered, then eventually they offered me 70% on account to spend on another Hebeos dress, and I will keep the dress. That offer came with a warning that not accepting it would cost me high return postage, and 15% of the dress cost to pay for cleaning, restocking and admin.

I received my dress, it is too small, it will not zip up even though I ordered a larger size than I normally would. I have been locked in an online dispute with a woman called Lucy who refuses to help me with a refund. She told me that I should find a local tailor and get it altered myself, refuses to accept any responsibility and is downright rude.

For the shipping of the item it come within a really good timescale I was informed when the package was on its way and an estimated delivery time. As for the item bought I absolutely love it the only thing I can pick out that I am a little disappointed in is that some of the cotton detail has become loose so will have to tidy this up myself.

It's been saying for a month that royal mail are expecting my parcel and I feel like I've been scammed

I was a bit on the fence about ordering my wedding dress online and have never heard of this site before but the ladies are always super pleasant and happy to help you. My dress arrived and fits perfect and looks amazing! Everything Iv wanted and more

Lots of beautiful bridesmaid dresses in lots of styles and colours. However we ordered 5 all in "dark green". One was a different shade to the others when they arrived and on contacting them they said it was due to the differing materials. But all the dresses were chiffon. They say they will accept returns for colour mismatch - however they charge a fee for returning, and you have to pay shipping on top of this. So a big chunk of the refund is taken by that. They did offer me to keep the dress and offered me 60% off another order. However I don't have the confidence to order another with the wedding only 5 weeks away as there will be no time to plan alterations etc if needed.
The other 4 dresses we have received are lovely and sizing is good.
I would use hebeos again for other formal dresses, but I wouldn't recommend for bridesmaid dresses when you want the colour to be an exact match.

Absolutely shocking company to purchase from!
For one, customer service is abysmal and incompetent. I was promised via email when purchasing a dress that a refund was guaranteed if the dress did not fit, although when I enquired about a refund as the dress's sizing was completely wrong they refused. After emailing on numerous occasions regarding refunds, they failed to compromise and offered me a refund of £40 for a £200+ purchase. This website is horrendous! DO NOT fall for this.

I've had an amazing experience definitely ordering from here again the material and the design of my dress is perfect all the way through down to the seems, very beautiful dress I am more than pleased with my purchase

No confirmation of delivery that the package was dispatched or on route for delivery no signature. But once I received the dress it was very nice! I'll post a picture soon!

Not very cooperative when wanting a refund the item did not fit & could not be made to fit as suggested by the company. Then they tried to palm me off with a voucher then they said it would be expensive to send back as all sorts of services need to be payed for example sanitation of the item

All three dresses are beautifully made and the sizes were very accurate. I find the quality exceptional for the price. I was starting to worry when I was ready negative reviews but I/we are 100% satisfied with our purchases and would definitely order from here again!
