Having bought the dress, I was wary about the standard size I had chosen not fitting me. I decided to send an email to customer service, who promptly assisted me in providing the right details to customise the dress. I do wish the size chart on the website was less confusing, but I am so grateful for the quick, helpful and considerate customer service.
I struggled to track the dress. When it arrived, the dress' condition was okay. It was quite creased. I think that may be due to the way it was packaged. Part of the fitted material in the lining of the dress also seemed quite out of place, but I was able to push it where it was supposed to go. This is likely due to the packaging as well.
Overall, I am quite happy with the dress.

My experience purchasing from Hebeos deserves a 8 of 10. Some of the accesorios on the dress fell in the first opening… and part of the dress inside is not sewn. Otherwise, they provided a confirmation of my purchase as soon as I placed my order, and they gave updates until they shipped my order with a number to track the package. The packaging was well done. I would purchase again, but would like to see improvements in their quality control.

I sent a mail query which has not been answered. I have had to make a guess about the custom sizing and the hem length as your website is not clear. When the dress arrived it appears to have a long train which was not clear from the pictures. As the dress is for ballroom dancing I am rather disappointed.

Love the dress excellent quality. Really heavy dress.but shows it's well made. It's everything I wanted and more. BUT THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE PACKAGING AND A TEAR IN THE DRESS AS A RESULT OF POOR PACKAGING.

I am thrilled with the quality of the bridesmaid dresses. The shipping and delivery was a lot quicker than expected. The dresses are beautiful and very flattering but everyone did have to size up one or two sizes so be aware as they are small made.

If you are buying dress with no alteration, it's fine and only if you intend to keep the dress.

I bought the dress with alteration to dress length. They shortened my dress 10cm extra and if thought it was their fault, they wanted me to pay for return label to China and take responsibility of return until it is received in China. Only when they receive the item in China, they will inspect the dress condition and process the refund excluding intial shipping cost and return cost.
I have raised claim section 75 with my credit card company to get this sorted. No matter what I say, they don't budge and keep insisting I return the item to China and they do not have UK return address.

They don’t understand how return works when fault is their end and keep referring to their return policy. Return policy does not state return is to be done to China address but they still keep sending the link to their return policy trying hard to profit off the situation.

This time the size is parfait than the first dress i bought be fore, good quality.

When i bought my first dress was deseapoint because the dress doesn't fit me we make a deal to keep the dress and to buy another one for half price for the dress for the dress i bought before.

My items have not arrived. I have contacted hebeos but no one has replied to me!

I read all the comments and followed the suggestions about customising the size. The dress is beautiful. I would not expect the dress for a low price to be so good 🌟.

Very dissatisfied, I ordered a dress, the size was not ok, I sent her a lot of emails to send me a return label and I always got the same answer, if I return, she takes 15/% for return verification, I have to pay the return cost. …he was offering me discounts etc….

The dress I ordered was even more beautiful in person! This is why I have ordered many times before as well.

Lots of beautiful bridesmaid dresses in lots of styles and colours. However we ordered 5 all in "dark green". One was a different shade to the others when they arrived and on contacting them they said it was due to the differing materials. But all the dresses were chiffon. They say they will accept returns for colour mismatch - however they charge a fee for returning, and you have to pay shipping on top of this. So a big chunk of the refund is taken by that. They did offer me to keep the dress and offered me 60% off another order. However I don't have the confidence to order another with the wedding only 5 weeks away as there will be no time to plan alterations etc if needed.
The other 4 dresses we have received are lovely and sizing is good.
I would use hebeos again for other formal dresses, but I wouldn't recommend for bridesmaid dresses when you want the colour to be an exact match.

Charged for returning dresses despite the colour mismatch being their fault. Also would have to pay return shipping fees myself which would be expensive. They did provide me with a 60% code which I am unlikely to use now

It's an absolute beautiful dress but the zip was broke and I assumed it was in transit as the packaging was damaged two it's now costing me £200 to get fixed so not a great experience but I'm so greatfull for the most beautiful and amazing dress I received and hopefully will fix for my big day

The dress I bought looks nothing like the picture and I am not able to wear it I am currently trying to get a refund which is proving difficult even though I ordered a standard size I won't be making another purchase.

Instead of a full refund I have been offered 13 % refund for a dress I can't wear

The item was better than it looked, I did have to pay £20 extra as I needed the dress in 3weeks, the delivery is slow, I got no updates, just placed the order and wait, not impressed with paying extra, the dress was over £100,

2 dresses received which were both faulty very bad quality and not made properly - been trying for 2 weeks to return these to no avail - will probably have to take them to the small claims court to try and get a refund would not recommend this company to anyone

Terrible experience- just keep trying to fob me off with a small discount and advising me to get dresses altered at a tailor which is impossible given the faults and fitting of the dresses
