I placed my order and was kept informed every step of the was when it went to tailoring when it had been shipped I even messaged as my number number was missing off parcel they sorted that tomy dresses arrived earlier than I thought it would it is beautifull it fits like a glove and so we'll made so much quality for such a small price thankyou for my perfect winter wedding dress

I was concerned after reading some of the views but the dress is as beautiful as in your website. I would say the dress comes smaller than standard sizing so I would definitely look at the sizing guide. My daughter is a size 10 but the sizing says she should fit a 14. I went with the 14 and it just needs a nip and tick to fit so I'm very pleased I went with the guide on sizing. Colour is as per the sample shown. My daughter tried an almost identical dress to this in a prom shop and it was double the price. Great dress, great service. Thank you

I was a bit worried as the wedding was due a month after the arrival of the dress, but I had nothing to worry about, the dress was perfect, no need to make changes to it.

Expected great things, website is professional the products look elegant.
Terrible quality in actuality, poor craftmanship, faulty items, cheaply made and sold at a premium price. Item arrived inside out and with dust marks, so I expect it was a previous return.

Excellent choice of dresses for proms, weddings etc. Took my daughter's measurements as per their instructions and ordered her prom dress using them. Dress came quickly and fits her perfectly just needs a bit taking off the length

My daughter looks beautiful in the prom dress that was a style she particularly liked- slightly dramatic and not found elsewhere. £136 with P&P. Perfect fit. Slightly lower quality than I was expecting and packed into quite a small bag causing lots of creases

The dress on the whole is lovely. However the bust pads are too high. Will have to see if I can get someone to alter this. I paid £15 postage which I thought was a lot. When the dress came it was just in a small plastic bag. With how much it cost I would have thought some thought would have gone into how it arrived. Plus it was just left in the recycle bin. The material smells awful. I was really excited about the dress when I ordered it but I find myself very unhappy.

Ordering was fine, wasn't really kept up to date on the progress of the order though so didn't expect delivery. The dress itself was just crammed into small packaging which for the price I wasn't impressed with the way it was delivered. It is a stunning dress but the sizing is just insane. I already sized up after reading some reviews but to get a dress that fit I would need to have sized up about three times. Not sure what they're basing the sizings off but this was for a work event so I wouldn't have the time to sort out or even order another one.

The ivory dress was delivered on time. However was disappointed when o took the dress from the bag. The bodice of the dress and the sleeve has this brown fabric lining.it

The dress arrived with several flowers off, leaving huge holes on the dress. They would only let me return it if I paid for shipping, which was half the price of the dress. Horrible quality and customer service.

Having bought the dress, I was wary about the standard size I had chosen not fitting me. I decided to send an email to customer service, who promptly assisted me in providing the right details to customise the dress. I do wish the size chart on the website was less confusing, but I am so grateful for the quick, helpful and considerate customer service.
I struggled to track the dress. When it arrived, the dress' condition was okay. It was quite creased. I think that may be due to the way it was packaged. Part of the fitted material in the lining of the dress also seemed quite out of place, but I was able to push it where it was supposed to go. This is likely due to the packaging as well.
Overall, I am quite happy with the dress.

Ordered two dresses only one has arrived even though the despatch notice stated two had been sent. Raised a complaint no response even though you have our money! Still requiring this dress as a matter of urgency how do we get this to happen?

Ordering online was easy, but I only received order confirmation email. No other emails on dispatch ect
Dress arrived rolled up in a ball so very crinkled.
Ordered uk 10 size, dress is too big and extremely long so will have to pay someone to alter the measurements.

We chose the custom size dress and entered all of our measurements which was straight forward and easy to follow on the website.
Dress arrived today and is beautiful. Fits perfect, just a bit longer than my daughter wants so will get it taken up slightly.
No hassle and tracked order with no problems. Took 3 weeks to arrive :)

I am very please the way my order was handed. Perfect size good material and main this is delivered to my daughter in Canada. Even that is before expected dated as she needs on her birth day present and She got it with happy smile. Thanks

I ordered two dresses in the hope of ordering more for bridesmaids. One dress the zip would not move, the other much larger than measurements state. This company refuse refunds even if damaged, colour different, too big or two small. Basically any issues are the customers fault. Avoid, never use fraudulent company. Advertising easy returns within 7 days if not happy with your order… I will be continuing to report this company and will not stop until I have received my refund.

Our experience was positive and this dress has exceeded my expectations! Beautiful fabric- huge full skirt and after giving our measurements it was made to perfection. I also liked that we got updates about the dress being in production, passing quality assurance and then bring in transit. Coming from overseas to Canada I was skeptical but it only took about four weeks from production to delivery. Our dress was custom sized and we even had the back altered to a corset instead of zipper with no additional charge. So happy!

Very good service. Dress came much quicker than expected. It fitted beautifully only a tiny bit too long but otherwise extremely happy with the whole experience. We were very nervous ordering online but would definitely do it again.
