The dress is perfect. Fits to size and the fabric is of great quality. However, it came in a squished plastic bag. The dress was so wrinkled that I needed to get it professionally pressed and steamed. The cost of this was the price of the dress. I have bought dresses from others and they arrive so well packaged. This is unfortunate.

Not a good experience! They don't want you to return anything and don't want to refund you! It's so pricey to send back as well for the return. I'm disappointed but I hope you have a good experience!

Easy processing only thing is I wish the tracking was a little easier to follow. Came on the earliest date it stated, beautiful product.

It was a smooth transaction from placing the order to receiving our item, everything about our order is beautiful and so well made, great choice and service for a Prom occasion.

Dress is very nice but it cost me 1500$ to get it ajusted so would of been better off to buy in a store but the dress is beautiful and fit me pretty well. (Only ajusted the length and tightened the body). The dress is pretty puffy and material is nice but the meche they put was far from being my skin color so i will get it removed. Here is a pic of the dress at the fitting appointment before the modifications.

Not great due the dress being way to large and then costing me 3 quarters of the original cost to get altered. I took my measurements and compared to your sizing guide so was disappointed that the dress was so large and that i was unable to return for a smaller size. Returns should be allowed. I would not order from you again due to this reason. I would next time pay more and order from a company i could return if does nt fit me. Also you need to look at your sizing chart which to be honest is a complete waste of time and not to true to size provided.

All three dresses are beautifully made and the sizes were very accurate. I find the quality exceptional for the price. I was starting to worry when I was ready negative reviews but I/we are 100% satisfied with our purchases and would definitely order from here again!

I was doubtful whether my dress would fit, look the same as in the picture, but I wasn't disappointed. Delivery was as advised, dress perfect for my wedding day. Overall very very happy!

My daughter is going to prom soon and we ordered this dress... It's absolutely stunning... The colour. The material... The train at the back...

This dress is stunning, beautifully made to a high quality using heavy weight fabrics that feel luxurious and extravagant. The antique white colour is really gorgeous, not white at all, more a very very pale salmon which I love and it suits my skin tone well. Overall it feels very special. Though one down side is the zip is quite stiff and difficult to fasten by myself, you need help! I would say it needs some adjusting to be more fitted around the bust for my smaller chest to achieve the tight-fit look of the model in the picture, as currently it hangs loosely around my chest and torso which isn't very flattering. I'm generally a size 8, but I ordered the size 10 which I could just about zip up snuggly. I feel a size 8 may would suit my frame better, though I would need to lose a bit of weight around my waist in order to zip it up! My wedding is next year, so I plan to use this as a dress to change into in the evening.

Was kept informed of every stage of the process and the quality of the dress is fantastic and can't wait to ware it

The dress came exactly how it looked on the website. My only complaint is that it was super wrinkled.
But other then that. It was beyond my expectations for ordering online.

The shipping came came on time but the dress was too big for size 10

The dress came too big, although I gave the exact measurements in cm.
I paid extra money to have it in my size, but now I have to spend money again to make it my size. Terrible stress before my big day
