The dress is very nice but it said it was chiffon but it's clearly not chiffon. So in that case I was not completely satisfied

J'ai acheté une robe qui ressemble à un déguisement d'halloween pour un bal de finissant. Vous arnaquer les gens et vous êtes chanceux que je sois obligé au minimum de mettre une étoile. Très décevant et frustrant.

The the dresses I ordered were shipped quickly delivered to my home. The items were well made and beautiful. I was impressed with the way they were packaged they were all inside out to ensure nothing was snagged or damaged. When messaging the company I received a swift response to my inquiry.

Awful return and refund policy. Customer service is even worse.

Easy and lots of choice, I had 2 dresses custom made and they fit perfectly, the quality of the dresses are far superior to the dresses I had looked at in other stores, I'm over the moon with them and would highly recommend the site.

I have to say I was very surprised with the fantastic service I received from the moment I ordered my dress. I was given information every step of the way until my dress arrived at the door.

I still haven't gotten my dress yet, they said it was supposed to come from May 26 2023 up until June 2 2023. It is now June 4th 2023 and i still haven't gotten my order. On top of this my prom is on June 9th 2023, I have NO time to get another dress because of work and me planning the prom all

I am deeply dissatisfied with my order. I am a bridesmaid in august. And I have bought 4 dresses in total from this company and neither one of the dresses have fit! Not one! I am a size 14 in size. I have ordered a size 14,16,18 and 20. The first 3 dresses I bought, I am nearly adamant they were the same dresses I was sent back, all 3 were too tight to fit. I understand each dress is tailored to fit, however if I order sizes up from my original size, I expect it to fit me! The fourth dress that was sent to me, being the size 20. Was made gigantic, to the point where I believe the company saw my name for a fourth time. And just threw a big sheet of material on the table and sewn it together. Not taking any measurements or anything. So it's gone from one extreme to another. The breast pads also do not make sense. Correct me if I'm wrong but from a size 14 to a size 20, I would assume the breast pads would also go up in size? Each dress I bought and tried in the breast pads were the same size. Now for me, it's not entirely an issue. But speaking for the bigger breasted women, in what way, shape or form would they fit without it looking silly and out of proportion on the body.

In conclusion, this company very clearly caters and tailors to the smaller and petite women. And not those with shape or bigger size to them. Which is highly inconsiderate. I will not buy from this company again. Need I mention that each dress I bought, I was only refunded for 1, so the company have profited 3 times out of 4 dresses from me and couldn't even get it right!
