I was nervous due to the mixed reviews and was so happy with my dress, customer service, delivery and of course price. Hands down the best dress I could've imagined and I can't wait to feel like a princess on my big day!

Very nice quality, a little different then the picture on the website. Describes that it is off the shoulder but has no support in the chest area and must where the straps over the shoulder to make the dress work. So other customers should keep that in mind! Overall size fit perfect just had to get it hemmed a tad in the front and tighten the straps. Delivery was very fast, received the dress a week early

We were weary buying a dress online, as often they come looking nothing like the picture and cheap material. The prom dress we got was exactly like this picture and just as much volume. It's beautiful

Quite smooth apart from some issues with the dress

Ordered a wedding dress with my measurements, fits perfect and the dress is stunning! Much better than I was expecting.

Absolutely horrible quality and customer service.
The dress is not the size ordered - the bust is extremely large.
There are various rips in the fabric and the stitching is just horrifying.
The dress is uneven and there are various areas with pieces of fabric being ripped or not stitched.
The company will not issue a full refund - do not be tricked!

At first I was hesitant in purchasing a wedding dress online due to not knowing v what I would get in terms of the quality but I'm really happy that I took the risk and went with it as it look beautiful on me.

The ordering experience was good and tailoring and shipping was fast. I did a custom size dress but when I received it it was way too big on me despite my accurate measurements that I had done by a professional seamstress. Alterations are likely going to cost more than the dress itself.

Dress arrived, terrible quality. Won't refund despite breaking U.K. Law. I'm appealing to Mastercard to try and get my money back.

I order a dress size 14 and I got size 12 and then I am a bridesmaid for a wedding and if I purchase a new one, it won't get here on time I sent them a message about the wrongdoing, and I'm still waiting for them

Honestly i was worried that it wouldnt come on time but it actually did i only have to do few minor chabge to the dress but it's very pretty and I'm happy with what I've received

I bought this beautiful dress for my wedding in September its a little small on the back by about an inch so I am dieting to get in it, as its soooo lovely!

A bit disappointed in material, but will be OK for prom.
