This company is based in China & a difficult return procedure if dress not suitable. I eventually got cost of dress back after multiple emails but needed to send back to China so total delivery costs ended up over £40 with no dress. Quality of dress was satisfactory but would not use this company again.

The order process was quick and easy. The dress did not match that of the sales picture, the fit and quality was poor. I tried to return the dress and Hebeos made the process so difficult - almost impossible to return and be granted a refund.

The dress doesn't fit, uncomfortable, and overall just doesn't look nice.

Good as I'm first time buyer was a bit unsure at first as is something I don't normally do I buy from shops but found it easy to do.

For how much I paid for postage & packaging I expected a little more than a plastic bag and putting through the letter box

Really well organised and simple instructions. I only struggled a bit to find the sizing guides etc and make sense of it translating to dress size etc, hence 4 star rather than 5.

The dress fit perfectly and is extremely beautiful. I absolutely love it

The color of the dress didn't match the website and it had a defect on the neckline. On top of that the quality over all wasn't worth the price I paid for the dress. On top of that the costumer service team made it really hard to get a refund, I had to exchange 8/9 emails with them to get the return address because in the beginning they only wanted to offer me 10%

Poor customer service. Poor quality dress. Poor quality stitching.
