It was our first experience with hebeos.
We are so glad that we ordered from you guys it's really amazing

The dress fits well, but the fabric is nothing like the photos and is very cheap looking. However, the bigger problems is that there are bra cups sewn into the dress that 1) can be seen through the white fabric, 2) don't fill the entire area, and 3) barely cover my nipples and would never be sufficient coverage for someone with my chest measurement. The dress is totally unwearable because of this and would have to be altered by a professional if I were going to wear it. I'm going with a dress from Baltic Born that was 1/3 of the price and incredible quality and fit.

Not happy with size and shape small sizes lace tight round arms which isn't part of the measurements required they won't let me return unless I foot the shipping bill and lose 15% off what I paid so I'm stuck with it

Unfortunately it hasn't been a great experience. Placed an order online for prom, dress takes roughly 2x weeks to get here for it to be the wrong colour as advertised on the website. Customer service is non existent expect to wait upto 48hours per email you send with very little communication on their end. I would not recommend!

Ordered this dress for my daughter who has special needs. Her first prom grade 12. We opted for custom size because other sizes were off. Received dress and 2 inches feom zipping up. $300 down the drain. Tried several times to contact but no response. Never again will we ever order a dress from here.

Wow I love my dress. I paid for the tailoring to my size and it fits perfect.

Good ordering and customer experience. Dress beautiful colour and design, daughter loves. Quite good fit. Quality not great and not sure if would get through a wash. Perfect for school prom, not for anything classier.

I have nothing bad to say from start to finish hebeos has been easy quick reliable I was concerned buying a dress online but I don't regret this decision fantastic and such a beautiful dress

Shopping experience very good. Dress arrived earlier than expected. Lots of beautiful choices. I did get phishing messages stating I owed duty.

I was a bit nervous at first because i saw reviews about the prom dresses there and it stressed me out. But! It came in perfect quality, i was sized in person and it was a 14 in prom dress so i ordered a size 14, but it came in a little bit too big, nothing too serious i can go alter it to a smaller size but other than that it was beautiful and came in in about 2-3 weeks

Very pleased with the order. Dress just like the picture and good updates throughout the order and shipping process.

Parcel didn't arrive, all my emails in regards to the parcel have been ignored.
