The dress is awful, to much material for some things, and no ribbon for round the waist

The website Easy to use, not that complicated at all and the dress came faster than I thought, the dress what a perfect fit and to be honest I thought it was going to be a yellowish colour not it came out the colour I wanted

Find it interesting as same time difference from the other online purchases I have done.

Would have been nice for it to have been boxed it will need a good iron

Received samples of material for a wedding dress samples were a nice size to judge by

They aren't even acknowledging that I did not receive my order. I got package with one dress out of 4 ordered and paid for!
I an claiming fraud on this site if no one answers me within 24 hours

My dress Has not arrived I'm totally devastated can't believe this has happened

Got my orders within 3 weeks time only. There's exchange of communication on-going whilst the dresses are in progress which is reaasuring to costumers like me. The dresses are of very high standards. Well done.

My order was dispatched and two later tracking showed it had arrived in my country. Then it never moved. After almost two weeks I tried to get in contact with Hebeos and the courier but received ZERO response. I still don't have my order and I have no idea if I ever will. Regardless of if the order shows up or not, I will NEVER use Hebeos again!

The dress is just perfect. My daughter picked it for her prom and is over the moon. The quality of the material and craftsmanship is exceptional.

Lots to choose from and very easy site to navigate.

We are still waiting for our order to be ship.It says it will arrive Apr 25- May 2 but until now we're still waiting and badly needed it for my daughter's graduation next week.
