Overall shopping experience was okay, receive the dress, but the fit was off, the neckline was too high and the dress was too long, i went by the measurement chart but it was off. Now I am not sure what to do as I will need to alter it or return it, it is a mother of the bride dress that was needed for May 28th.

Not sure why the sizing of the arms was so out. Had to pay to get a local tailor to do alterations but other than that fine.

The dress came only one bra cup and it was too long I got it customized to my size and it still didn't fit. They won't even refund me my money back or even get back to me on the fact I asked to return the dress and get my money back.

I ordered this on the 9th April for delivery on the 26 th April

Happy with dress and kept informed with delivery ect

No after sales service, battling to return all items as the dress doesn't suit me and I just get no reply on my emails and feel like I am being ripped off.

Ordered the size 16, I'm a UK 14, it's a little big, but my tailor advised this. The dress is fabulous. Much nicer than my 1st wedding dress which was designer. It's comfortable. It's just beautiful. I can't wait to wear it.

I am yet to receive my dress. Payed for express shipment. Regular shipment would have been here already and when asked about my shipment I was told that is on its way and please be patient..

Communication was brilliant, would have been nice to be slightly quicker or to have a phone number er to call

Ordered custom size, was not even close. Part of the dress had sewn in cups that look terrible and were not pictured. I've ordered custome sizes off other sites and never had an issue. After ordering my credit card got compromised, nothing but a hassle.

Delivery slower than expected but dress was custom made

Dress arrived unsuitable. Return was to address in China and one month later no sign of refund. Advised that they have an issue with their payment system and so cannot process refunds.

The dress came is a beautiful dress, but on further inspection of the dress i noticed a stain on the dress
