Looking through the website the site looks fantastic, the dresses are stunning and i thought i had found my one wedding dress. I was over the moon. It was delivered super quickly so i had really high hopes however they where short lived. The dress I received was different to the photographed dress on the website. The straps on the dress i received had no lace detail on them which they where meant to and they where so thin. I honestly thought i was going to snap them. The lacing on the dress was lovely but it was cheap and ridged and the dress around the bust was completely see through which was not shown on the website. The breast pads where very small and didn't actually cover just much so you where unsupported and visible. Finally the dress didn't do up even though i have followed the measurement directly from the website when i ordered the dress. After deciding the dress wasn't what i thought it was i contacted the customer service team to try and sort a refund and they made it as long winded as they could. They didnt address the concerns i raised and attempted to refuse my return. They made is as difficult as they could in the hope i would just give up and keep the dress. It has cost me £70 in shipping to receive and return the address even when the dress they sent me wasnt the same as the dress they advertised. Im completely gutted. I wanted to find my perfect wedding dress and i wanted to order my bridesmaids dresses from this website but i have lost all faith in the company and their customer service.

Terrible product and terrible customer service. The product had a higher neckline and was longer than advertised. A ribbon thing not visible in the advert was stitched on with very rough large stitches at the back. It looked like a grandma dress from a market.

I am very pleased with Hebeos. The dress fit my daughter perfectly. Customer service answered my questions promptly, and the dress was delivered a week earlier than expected. The dress is beautiful and exactly what my daughter wanted. The only concern was that the sequins were stick-on, and a few of them fell off during shipping and had to be reglued.

The service was outstanding. All my dresses we absolutely beautiful for my entire wedding party. Would highly recommend Hebeos!

Very poor, being ignored for my full refund even though states 14days money bk, still waiting after a week

Beautiful dress, fits perfectly. Just be aware it does take a few weeks to arrive.

Really pleased with the dress I ordered. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering online and we ordered the next size up as didn't want to risk putting in measurements. The dress arrived in good time and is just beautiful and my daughter is so pleased with this.

I explained that I have a very small frame so sent additional sizes for Shoulders arms etc, they acknowledged but then ignored, the dress is way too big on the shoulders and looks ridiculous

Unfortunately all the 5 dresses came in one bag all scrunched up in a very tight ball even though I had paid £20 + on all the dresses for delivery, I now have to get them all steamed hopefully the creases will come out which is going to cost me £20 a dress!'

Customer services I'm a size 14 ordered a 18 as I know that wedding dresses are smaller but the 18 was no where near when I emailed to ask for a bigger size as I love the dress I was told to take it to a dress maker an it's cost me £200 to be sorted

Order takes time to arrive, but not outside of the date they originally state, and you're kept up to date at all times with friendly, polite emails.
Nothing was too much trouble

As the dress that I received is the wrong colour I have contacted Hebeos and I'm still waiting to hear back

My daughters had tried on the dresses from a store which was quite pricey. So I start to shop on this website to see if there's any alternative and I happens to found both their dresses on here. It's exactly the same for a great price.

Absolutely amazing dress! Can't believe how beautiful it is in real life! It literally looks just like the pictures! Honestly you won't be disappointed if you order this dress! I was a little worried about ordering online. And bought this dress to re new my wedding vows but completely in love with this!
