We got a custom made dress. My daughter is a little bigger than the average due to medical issues and you made the perfect dress to make her feel like a princess. Customer service was amazing, keeping in touch during a stress filled time.

Like most I was very sceptical about buying my wedding dress on line. I've read all types of reviews about the company and quality. So let me reassure you about this particular wedding dress I bought! For the price you pay the quality is exceptional and the service was amazing. My custom made order fitted perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy from Hebeos again…great company.

Waited ages for it to arrive then it was totally the wrong colour

Ordered my dress in custom fit to make sure it did fit me. It arrived nicely packaged and looks lovely on. I am having bust altered as it's too revealing and I'm adding a sparkly silver waist band just under bust to enhance my waist. More. There were some loose threads, a loose button and part of the lace wasn't sewn on properly however regardless of this I would still highly recommend Hebeos. I'm so excited to wear my dress on my wedding day.

I trust the website but nothing reached my expectations!

My order was placed with measurements, I received my order with the completely wrong measurements. I requested a return label to send the dress back. They requested photos, so I sent photos with a measuring tape beside the item to clearing show them that the measurements are not correct. I have not heard back... I would appreciate a refund.

I emailed Hebeos many times with contact us form but without reply, I guessed they are trying to avoid refund

Efficient and reliable site but customer service after no response

Dress arrived a few weeks after ordering it. The packaging was really small & just a plastic bag. Because of this the dress was sooo creased I couldn't decide if I liked it as all I could focus on was the creases. I expected my wedding dress to be wrapped & packaged with care & attention. I was very disappointed in this.

Dress was very disappointing.Material was rough and the colour was horrid. Was supposed to be white lace over cream under body...looked like cigarette yellow stain

Fits perfectly with my daughter. Really thought that this is a scam, but nope… the product arrives on time and exactly looks like what we ordered.

Delivery was slow but do to the weather and though a holiday to be expected.

Not great fitting, so am disappointed. This is the thing about ordering online that I dislike

5 star, dress is beautiful and great quality. I would definitely buy from here again.

Dresses arrived and not what I expected. For the price I paid (apparently discounted) I was not happy with them at all. I would be absolutely fuming if I had paid full price as the quality is not what I expected it to be. I should have listened to family and gone to a local store to get something instead.

Email sent for adjustments and response right way, very satisfied

As the dress has not arrived I am annoyed with this supplier
