Beautiful gown was just as expected. Arrived in a timely manner.

The dress looked very different to the website and the quality was poor.

Disappointing.

When I found this dress I was so happy and excited to get it, waited 3 weeks for the dress to come 1 day before the event that I needed to wear it for only to be extremely disappointed. The dress had unknown white stains and smelled like someone's UNWASHED P*SSY or rotting fish it was absolutely disgusting made me want to throw up. I ended up having to spend $78 of my own money to ship this horrible dress back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Save your money

Dress arrived damaged and finding the emails very unhelpful I needed a dress and they just offer to take 13% off my bill and keep a unusable product instead of offering a exchange.

The item was a poor fit and had thread pulls. I asked to return but they want me to submit measurements.

Very disappointing, terrible communication and way below average product quality

I received a message asking if I'd received my dress, I replied that I hadn't, had no reply but receiving links to review the dress that I haven't received

Back and forth trying to get a refund on a dress that is completely different to that of website
Refund policy laughable

I purchased 2 dresses and the colour of the dresses were different to the picture online. I requested a return and refund and they are being extremely difficult, even asking me to "re consider" my choice reading the return policy it states that if colour is not what you expect you are entitled to a full refund. They are not making it easy, very poor service so far.

I did not receive the same dress they are showing on website!

I did not recieve my dress but the company insisted that the 1 dress I ordered was.delivered by 2 company Fedx and 17.Track on the same day at the same time. I have asked for a.refund 3x and have been offered by email 70% off if I want to order the dress again. Will never shop with Heboes again and strongly advise everyone do the same to avoid disappointment and loosing money

This company is a joke, wasted my time and my cash.

I'm very dissatisfied seen as I haven't received the two dresses despite paying extra money for faster shipping so disheartening for my daughter as one for her ty ball and never received it

I appreciate there are shipping costs and I would have paid them on return. My daughter got a dress for size 12 and instead got size 6. They would not allow returns.just a voucher if you buy again. But the fact of the matter is.if they got the first size so wrong…why would we trust the next order would fit?

Delivery was as stated but unfortunately the dress is not suitable.

The dress wasn't anything like the picture.
The colour of the dress was totally different to what i chose.

Very good experience. The dress is well made, great material and greatly tailored.
