The custom wedding dress I ordered ended up not fitting. The shoulder straps don't go on my shoulders, but beside them making it fall down. Also the bust isn't tight enough and loose. Now I have to take it in for alterations.

Very easy to use and order, good communication with regard to the order and delivery. However the dress is very poorly made and doesnt fit where it is supposed to. It has sewn in breast pads that sit just above the waist band. Most women have breasts higher up!

First time buyer here, and to be quite honest I was unsure of the quality that I would be receiving. I did some Google searching for a dress that I thought would suit my body and be affordable. Customer service was great, I'm a little more modest so I did request to have the thigh slit removed. They were able to accommodate this request. I am unsure if it was due to the fact that I had customizing and they had to make my dress from scratch. I am very thankful because it made this dress perfect for me! The quality is perfect, I love the fit it fits me amazing. I do not enjoy wearing dresses. And I'm actually excited to wear this dress.
